Economic Analysis On Credit During Agricultural Marketization

With the advancing of Agricultural Marketization, transaction domain is expanding and the relation is complicated, so the problem of credit emerged. It is very important to reduce transaction cost and increase whole benefit of bargainers by researching the problem of credit and searching the creating and maintaining mechanism of credit.The final goal of researching credit problem is searching the creating and maintaining mechanism of credit. We expound it theoretically on the four chapters. Basing on analyzing the credit and related theories, it sets forth the relations between agriculture Marketization and credit, and puts forward a logical approach to the problem. In the next two chapters, we emphasize particularly on demonstration study. We discussed the creating and maintaining mechanism of credit by counterfeit production market governed by market governance and the relation between leading enterprise and farmer governed by mixed governance. In analysis of credit problem governed by market governance, we aim to search the creating and maintaining mechanism of formal credit institution. For the credit governed by mixed governance, we want to find the creating and maintaining mechanism of informal credit institution.The conclusion of this paper is following: on the different conditions, we should take different measures so as to improve the credit level of bargainers. Through analyzing the credit problems of farm produce market governed by mechanism, we conclude that it should take different governance measures for different kinds of produce; though analyzing the credit relationship of leading company and farmer governed by mix mechanism; we believe that it should take different governance measures of different asset specificity.In order to perfect the constructing and maintaining mechanism of credit problem: To the governance of produce market, it needs to improve consummation level to solving information symmetry problem and depend on market power and government's control system to information asymmetry problem. To the governance of mix mechanism, we should cultivate large farms, supervise signed enterprises and develop intermediary organizations separately in view of different asset specificity character of produce.The characteristic of this paper lies in studying the credit problem from the point of view of contract and basing on the evolution of contract performing mechanism. At the same time, it takes governance mechanism as the basing analysis point; Bring all credit relationships in economic field into unified analyzing framework. In addition, it puts the research of credit under agriculture's market-based background.
