With the progressing of Information Economy, Knowledge Economy and GlobalEconomy, some environmental factors which were easily mastered by enterprises aredisintegrating, and the business environment of enterprises are transforming fromrelatively steady statistic one to more and more complex dynamic one, the basiccharacters of enterprises' competition are changing, a new hyper competition time iscoming. Although the view is identified broadly that competence is the headspring ofcorporation's competition advantages, under the new situation, what on earth are thekey dimensionalities, system structure and evolving mechanism is needed to beresearched and studied on deeply. Based on the modern management theory andsystem theory, particularly on the basic idea of complex adaptive system and the basicprinciple of complex system evolvement, this thesis had a profound study on the keydimensionalities of corporation's competence, the relativity and compositing force ofthe key dimensionalities, the dimensionalities-levels system of corporation'scompetence and the level evolving mechanism, etc.The textual main work and innovation points include:Firstly: It brought forward the viewpoint of three lays of corporation'scompetence structure (market and profit, technology and business operation,resources and foundation)-two dimensionalities (rigidity dimensionality, flexibilitydimensionality), established the concept model of the corporation's competencesystem structure.Secondly, It brought forward the key dimensionalities of corporation'scompetence---the basic concepts and characters of rigidity dimensionality andflexibility dimensionality, based on the three lays of the corporation's competencestructure, established key dimensionalities measurement system and model, and madeapplication studies on the index system and measurement model.Thirdly, it established the related relevancy structure (LISREL)model betweenkey dimensionalities of corporation's competence, corporation integral competitionability and corporation efficiency, presented key dimensionality's relativity analysismodel and vector sum's compositions of forces analysis model, and made analysisand research on the reorganization and improvement methods of corporation'scompetence.Fourthly, presented the level character of corporation's competence from twoaspects-landscape orientation and portrait, constructed the dimensionalities-levelssystem of corporation's competence, and established an "efficacy sequence" model todetermine the levels of corporation's competence based on key dimensionalitiestheory and fuzzy satisfactory theory, provided a quantity analysis method forcorporations to make a correct survey on their competence level.Fifthly, posted the bifurcation mechanism and emergence mechanism of the levelevolvement of corporation's competence, pointed out that the reasons of senior levelcompetence's emergence are scale effect and structure effect;and established aconcept model of corporation's competence system evolving.
