| The sports agent in our country is developed in the course of professionalization of sports in our country. As a new-born thing, some problems happened inevitably in the development of sports agent. So, the management of sports agent will play an important role in the good development of sports agent.The management of sports agent depends not only on government and society, but also on the environment (market). In the education of sports agent, government acts as manager, educator and developing planner. The dissertation has studied in all-level and multi-angel systematism to the above.1. The dissertation has studied the environment and procedure of sports agent's work from the angle of economics and marketing, and specially studied athletes agent and sports sponsorship.2. Managerial model and subject of sports agent in China has been analyzed. At present, Chinese managerial model of sports agent depends mainly the government, and assisted by society. This will gradually change into management model mainly on society.3. Managerial system of sports has been studied. The system includes: the legislative, organizational, supervising and information system of management. There are organizing and law system in the legislative system. Organizing system is divided into governmental and social parts. Supervising system consists of professional supervising system by national sports administration, managerial center and provincial or city sports administration; marketing-supervising system by all level of industrial and commercial administration; lawful supervising system by legislation; self-supervising by association of sports agent; spontaneous supervising by social individuals and groups. Informationsystem includes information center of national sports administration, managerial center or association, all-level industrial and commercial administration and association of sports agent.4. It has also studied the channels, goal, major of educating the sports agent in college. The appropriate educating patterns are as follow: coeducation by sport colleges and economical and managerial colleges in universities or teachers universities; education by sport college alone; coeducation by sports colleges and economical and managerial colleges. The goal system includes educational goals and standards. The reasonable way of major setting is to have it included in other majors like sports economy or management.5. The system of courses has been studied. It can be divided into required courses, elective courses and practical courses, or be divided into six parts: they are natural science, humanist science, major, unrestricted elective, restricted elective and practical courses.6. Studies on appropriate channels, courses, methods and assessment of educating outside school. The channels include: the coeducation by the sports administrations and industrial and commercial administration of provinces and cities; the coeducation the sports administrations and industrial and commercial administration of provinces and cities and universities; the education by associations of sports agent; the education on line; the education by companies of sports agent. The courses of sports agent include: the choice and arrangement of courses. The methods include: the methods in class and in cases. Assessment of practices should be added in the assessment of sports agent on the base of assessment of theories.7. The educational system of sports agent in our country is as above. Therefore, the educational system of multi-level, channel, subjects, and types can be built. |
