A Study On The Construction Of The Three-in-one Sports Safety Risk Management System In Guizhou University

In recent years,the school sports safety risk accidents in our country have become more and more concerned by the society.These risk events have negatively affected both the effective development of school sports and the physical and psychological well-being of students.Guizhou Province is located in the western region,Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,the terrain,climate,economic development and so on have its unique characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to study the risk of sports safety in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province.The paper mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,and studies the safety risk management of three physical and physical education in Guizhou's universities and colleges.Firstly,by analyzing the theory of sports injury accidents in schools,the author summarizes the causes of sports injury accidents in schools mainly into three dimensions:school,family and society.Secondly,through the questionnaire investigation,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the three-in-one sports safety risk management in Guizhou's universities and puts forward the factors that affect the risk management of physical education safety in universities in Guizhou Province.1.School management factors:(1)Teachers' lack of emergency handling capacity for motor injury;(2)The teachers did not know the correct usage of the sports equipment;(3)Teachers did not check the safety of the equipment before teaching,and the teachers were not regularly trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and life-saving skill;(4)The implementation of the regular elimination and maintenance of sports equipment in schools is not satisfactory;(5)Students' self-protection skills are inappropriate;(6)Students are not skillful in their motor skills;(7)The students' self-protection consciousness is poor;(8)Students are distracted during exercise.2.Family management factors:(1)Parents conceal information about special student diseases from the school;(2)Parents do not attach importance to the safety education of the students;(3)Parents shirking their responsibilities in the event of School Sports Safety Accidents;(4)Parents do not attach importance to the cultivation of students' physical exercise habits.3.Social management factors:(1)manufacturers do no conform to the national safety standards in the design of third-party coordination mechanism for student injury accidents;and inadequate insurance system related to school sports safety risks.According to the theoretical basis of chapter 2 and the empirical basis of chapter3,the paper constructs the three-in-one sports safety risk management system of Guizhou's universities are composed of many factors which are interrelated and mutually restricted.The three-bit sports safety risk management system in Guizhou's universities mainly consists of two internal elements: management goals and organizational structure of the relationship between the internal factors.Management goals include pre-loss and post-loss goals,and the organizational structure is based on school,family and society.It also clarifies the specific responsibilities of schools,families and society in order to promote the safety of school sports and ensure the students' sports safety.
