Research On Coordinating Mode And Mechanism Of Supply Chain System Of Agriculture Product Processing Enterprise Of China

The coordination of agriculture product processing enterprise supply chain system has great strategic importance not only to relate to the efficiency of agricultural production and international competitiveness of agricultural products, food safety and people's health, environment and sustainable development and other major issues, but also to improve the overall efficiency of agricultural production, increase farmers income, develop the rural economy, speed up the process of building new countryside. However, currently in the development process of the system, there are still many outstanding problems such as agricultural product value chain is short, the level of organization of farmers is extremely low, agricultural resources and environment has not fundamentally improved and so on. Under the complex and changeful market competition environment, scientific system coordinate theory and method support are the guarantee to the sustainable, rapid development of system. Therefore, to study advanced coordinated mode and mechanism for system is of theoretical and practical significance to enable our system to cope with challenge of more intense and more severe competition from domestic and international agricultural markets in the future.Firstly, on the basis of supply chain management theory, system theory, ecology theory, and combines of the characteristics of the system itself, the dissertation constructs the coordinating ideological framework of system. It analyzes the function, components, designs the structure which make the system operats coordinatlly ,analyzes internal and external resources and environment, running process of the system; it analyzes the content and principles, objectives and influencing factors of system coordination; it analyzes the dynamic function and balance function of system coordination, to reveal the mechanism of system coordination; it proposes the core idea of system coordination, and establishes coordinated management model of system.On the basis of scientific concept of development, ecology theory and the law of value, the dissertation analyzes the existing system coordinating basic modes, and summarizes the defects and deficiencies in them. In order to improve the stability of system and achieve its sustainable development the dissertation designs ecological coordinating model, from the perspective of value chain optimization it designs the BPR and TOC integration method to achieve ecological coordinating model, and gives the advantages of the model and the evaluation methods of key nodes.Coordinating Mechanisms are designed to protect the implementation of ecological model. At first, it designs the general framework of coordinated mechanism; then it designs specific coordinated mechanisms, including knowledge management mechanism, technological innovation mechanism, organization management on farmers, benefit distribution mechanism and standardized mechanism for agricultural products processing, and several government security mechanisms.The dissertation describes the purpose and significance of evaluation on coordinated performance of system; it analyzes the levels of system coordination from such four aspects: the level of strategic coordination, the level of operational coordination, the level of effective coordination and the level of knowledge management coordination; it builds the performance evaluation index system on coordination of the system; it designs the evaluation model for coordinated performance of the system bases on ANP theory, shows the index weight method and calculation method on the integrated performance of system coordination.At last, the dissertation makes positive research on the supply chain system of Changchun DaCheng Industrial Group by applying system coordinated theory and method. Firstly it analyzes the development of the system and the mode and mechanism that the system implementing now, then it makes detailed analysis on the system's operation from such four aspects: strategic coordination, operational coordination, effective coordination and knowledge management coordination, and evaluates the coordinated performance of system, it calculates the general index of system coordinated performance, and finally proposes the strategy that improving the coordinated mode and mechanism of the system.The dissertation makes comprehensive and depth study on the problems that related to the system coordination, and scientific method and tactics are proposed to support for the system to actively adapt to complex and dynamic market environment, improve the coordinated level of total system and its general competitiveness, and achieve rapid and sustainable development.
