Along with the progress of human civilization and development of economic environment, each society development period is inseparable from the transportation activities, meanwhile, transport behavior also take place in the constant change. Transport behavior is always the important content of economic activities since it appears, causing economists and transport behavior researchers' attention. So far, the research on the transport behavior is mainly established on the industry economics theory, and the industrial economics is based on the microeconomics. Therefore, although the research on the transport behavior combined transport characteristics, but in gradually some economic phenomenon cannot be explained on the new classical economics, and it also appears on the transport behavior's research process, especially the new classical economics takes organization, enterprise and economic environment as the exogenous factors, it can't explain the change of economic behavior and the evolution of organization structure, limiting the research scope of the new classical economics, and also influencing on the explanation of the organizational structure of transportation behavior and the evolution of labor division.With the fashion of the New institutional economics of and renaissance of the division theory, especially generation of the new classical economics, makes the study of economics to focus on the explanation of division and specialization, and organization evolution and transaction, providing a new theory and method for economics and transport behavior research. This paper is based on the division research and the theory of new classical economics, analyzed transport behavior under the angle of division, and using the model of the new classical economics and the method of inframarginal analysis, explained the problems of the division evolution of transport behavior, the main contents of this paper include the following:1. This paper analyzed the transport behavior under the angle of division, re-defined the relevant content of transport behavior. (1) Re-defined the concept of transport behavior. Based on the different form of division organization and participation in different segments of economic activities, this paper re-defined the transport behavior; (2) Re-divided and defined the form of transport behavior. This paper divided the transport behavior in possible forms of various division structures into three types according to the degree of the division, they are self-provided, transportation and specializing production, and defined the three types of transport behavior; (3) Re-divided the transport behavior. This paper pointed out that transport behavior has double properties, participating in the production process and trading process, and divided transport behavior into the productive transport behavior and the transactional transport behavior, and defined the two kinds of transport behavior, and analyzed the differences between the two kinds of transport behavior.2. This paper analyzed the independent evolution of the productive transport behavior and the transactional transport behavior, established the independent evolution model and constraint condition in the economic environment includes economic subject and object, economic behavior and trading conditions. Then this paper analyzed the possible specialized decision mode, divided the economic structure and the form of productive and transactional transport behavior. On this basis, with the calculation of corner point of each specialized decision mode, market clearing of each economic structures and utility equilibrium, we calculated each corner solution and equilibrium solution of the economic structure, with the Comparative Analysis of equilibrium utility of different economic structures, we pointed out the rule of the independence division evolution of the productive transport behavior and the transactional transport behavior in the different economic conditions.3. This paper analyzed the comprehensive evolution of transport behavior, based on the basic model and the middlemen model about the division evolution in new classical economics, established the comprehensive evolution model and the constraint condition of the comprehensive evolution of transport behavior in the economic environment includes economic subject and object, economic behavior and trading conditions. On this basis, this paper analyzed individuals'possible specialized decision in the economic environment, concluded 20 kinds of effective decision-making model and 9 feasible economic structure, and according to the characteristics of, divided the economic structure into four types, namely self-sufficiency, local division 1 (including 3 structures), local division 2 (including 4 structures) and completely division. Through the analysis of relationship between economic structure and transport behavior, the comprehensive evolution of transport behavior is divided into four categories, namely the division evolution of the productive transport behavior (including 4 patterns), the division evolution of the transactional transport behavior, the gradual evolution of the productive transport behavior and transactional transport behavior (including 2 patterns), the synchronous evolution of the productive transport behavior and transactional transport behavior (including 3 patterns), with the calculation of each specialized decision mode, we got the corner information, with the of calculation of each corner information, we got the equilibrium information and the equilibrium utility. On this base, with the Comparative Analysis of equilibrium utility of different economic structures according to the different evolution mode, we pointed out the rule of comprehensive evolution of transport behavior in the different economic conditions.After all, this paper takes the research on division evolution of the transport behavior into the new classical economics from the Angle of division, and analyses and explains the problems of the evolution of economic structure and transport behavior in the different learning cost, transaction cost and transaction efficiency of transport behavior.
