Abstract/Summary:
The core and basis of production scheduli ng management in iron & steel is business activities; it is closely integrated iron & steel production process. And establishing process requirements, the enterprise capacity allows, the production cost control, inventory and stock the largest use of iron & steel production scheduling management system is required for the enterprise.The research and application current problems of production scheduling management in iron & steel enterprise are analyzed. The multi-granularity process parameters is defined as the basis of different types of programming according to multi-granularity management of routing, the dissertation studies multi-granularity classification production scheduling(MGCPS) method and implementation techniques based on the application in Fushun Steel Plant, Northeastern Special Steel Group.The concrete researches include the following.The MGCPS method is proposed based on the decomposition-coordination thought in which the whole plan question is broken down into general requirements management and the special needs management limited by special process constraints two types of sub-optimal questions respectively to achieve local optimization.The general requirements management work as the rule of static scheduling to restrict generating the enterprise-level production plan which guide production and through the implementation of key processes to provide the plant-level plan to guide the formation of material requirements planning,and then coordinate the special requirements with the dynamic scheduling to arrange the order of material requirements planning to achieve optimization of the entire problem space.MGCPS model includes system model,parameter model,algorithm model, dynamic work scheduling model and organization model based on the ERP/MES/PCS structure and intelligent algorithms. The concept, mission and characteristics of the MGCPS are elaborated and MGCPS integration design is studied. MGCPS method achieves a finite capacity constraint in the planning schedule and provides a new way of thinking for the iron & steel enterprises scheduling work to optimize production management.A multi-granularity capacity-load model is proposed, which combines with steel master data model, work center model and Ordering BOM, Process BOM, Manufacturing BOM to build a MGCPS parameter model based on feature-based mapping. MGCPS parameter model develop the capacity of different granularity work center load estimation rules, design a load acquisition method to achieve a dynamic statistics of multi-granularity process parameters based on the multi-granularity of process route and process parameters and identify bottlenecks in a dynamic process. It laid the foundation for the MGCPS system.Starting from the general requirement to study the MGCPS algorithm model.Defined process for the plant, the coarse- granularity minimum cost fuzzy programming model is given based on plant capacity, achieving the optimum allocation of orders and route, the formation of enterprise-level programs; defined process for the key process,the medium-granularity minimum tardiness/punishment linear programming model is given based on the key process capacity, achieving the optimum allocation of key processes,the formation of plant-level implementation plan with enterprise-level plans implement to plant and the corresponding genetic algorithms, particle swarm algorithm for solving process and application examples are given. The genetic algorithm fitness function is designed based planners satisfaction, which is scaled to solve the problem of slow convergence rate when the evolution generates a certain extent and applied to solve the coarse- granularity simulation technique based on fuzzy chance-constrained planning program.Starting from the special requirements to study the problem of dynamic work scheduling of MGCPS.Plant-level implementation plan guide the formation of material requirements planning,the unique constraints of process in different stages of production work as dynamic scheduling constraints to make classification-based sub-type of management for different stages of production and cooperate scheduling to achieve overall balance and optimization, ultimately form the work plans.The dynamic work scheduling algorithm and the dynamic scheduling algorithm of bottleneck are given and verified by examples. The special needs plan limited by special process constraints integrated with general requirements planning model achieve dynamic production scheduling model, combined with production practice proves the validity of the model.Combineing the case enterprise actuality of the production scheduling management, Object-Oriented system analysises and designs are studied. Through the implementation of MGCPS method good results are achieved. The research of information system based on MGCPS method are in favor of promoting production scheduling management level of iron & steel enterprise,and information on the process of iron and steel enterprises in China has practical significance.
