Basing on the current situation of the study on the collective- construction- land system, this paper identifies the research gaps,gets help from the theoretical tools such as economics, management science ,etc,,uses the methods such as combining normative analysis with positive analysis combining case analysis with investigation,etc, puts out a systematic description and analysis on the collective- construction- land system .This paper is divided into five parts:Firstly, the general analysis of rural collective construction land system (Chapter 1,2,3), Includes the introduction, the analysis base of the rural collective- construction-land system and the change of rural collective- construction- land system.Chapter 1, Introduction.
