When the 3G network is developing into LTE,4G network, in order to build a new generation mobile communication network characterized with heterogeneous, ubiquitous service, data diversity and so on, we must take the 2G network as the basis and consider business integration as the goal. Under the support of National Natural Science Foundation project "Research on dynamic coacervate mobile network model with the Support of group properties" and National science and technology significant and special project "Opening Research on Critical Technology of Broadband Mobile Business ", this sbuject will mainly concern on network optimization work based on social attributes in current hybrid network and the further implementation of the construciton of LTE and 4G network. Through the analysis of social behavior of mobile users, we will discuss about network design and optimization in mixed network construction which will promote the development of research on mobile communication networks.In this paper, the research work carried out include the following:(1) The analysis of complement among various wireless access technologies,including:2G/3G cellular networks GSM, WCDMA, CDMA2000, TD-SCDMA which China possesses independent intellectual property rights, Wireless MAN/LAN/area networks Wimax, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, other types of sensor networks, satellite networks, IMT-Adance, LTE and other evolving networks etc.. Although the modulation, frequency range and coverage areas of access networks are different which makes certain technical difficulties for business integration, the business behavior happened from a user's point of view is full of sociality. Therefore, especially in the hybrid network conditions, pre-estimation of the user's mobile range and business scope will bring versatility and compatibility for the allocation of resources to the hybrid network.(2) Study on hybrid networks wireless location technology. At present,there are two types of Wireless location methods, GPS satellite positioning and GSM cellular networks positioning which reduce the system cost of location-based services and bring into multi-network co-location methods to improve positioning accuracy as much as possible. During the study of social behaviour of mobile users, the user business starting time, location and business type are the major research data objects, in which the time and business type in the measured data with time stamp and the flag bits can restore the single parameter while the location information must be obtained through the calculation of other parameters. Therefore, using the data joint calculation collected in the hybrid network to realize wireless positioning is necessary.(3) Under the hybrid network environment, the mothods of network design and optimization, for different formats of heterogeneous networks, are various. In general, the independent optimization of different networks is the main access to achieve their overall network optimization, which led to big difficulties in interaction between networks and can not achieve hybrid network performance optimization. Therefore, allocating resources based on the user requirements in the social behaviors while re-designing and optimizing the network will realize better network convergence.(4) In the reciprocal multi-hop network conditions, the data association of the social behavior will be the main driving force for the development of future mobile communication networks. The marginalization trend of Mobile network indicates the beginning of mobile p2p network era. Then, the network behavior supporting groups mobility will become a hot spot of mobile networks. Under the consideration of the relationships among mobile users in the network, the design and optimization of such networks will enable network services to adapt to the user's business needs.This paper focus on the mentioned four issues. Through the research on network topology, business classification, communication standard, functional entities, we descript the interactions between network behavior and network entities under several communication modes in detail.We presente a method for second design and multi-optimization of network under a hybrid network environment which make the network architecture satisfies user's business needs better.We propose a multi-network co-location method, suitable for other network data fusion location with the cellular network, in which the cost of resources is smaller but positioning accuracy is higher. Moreover, it makes the further analysis of data on social behavior of the network for reproduction more conveniently.Through data analysis, we present the future user model formed under reciprocal multi-hop network and then analyse the future development trend and optimization methods of mobile communication networks.In this paper, after a series of data collection, data analysis, data fusion, algorithm improvements, simulation comparison and case studies under this line of thought, the analysis conclusion based on user social behavior in the hybrid network has been acquired. Such study is one of the exploratory research which inspired by subjects that need urgent solution to the construction and design optimization problems of hybrid network in mobile communication field. This research papers will advance the development of future mobile communications network technology, and make a breakthrough in the mobile communication system construction process. Form such point of view, this paper possesses certain significance of theoretical prospect and practical application.
