In recent years,along with the rapid development of mobile communication andinternet technology as well as the increasingly booming demand for social informationservice,mobile data service maintains a strong upward momentum.Mobile data servicehas became a new profit growth engine for mobile operators and promoted theamalgamation of more social resource,related industries with the informationtechnology.Its industry value chain keeps extending,and the interior is becoming moreand more complicated.Facing the gradual commercial application of the new generationmobile communication technology like 3G,the keystone of current researches within thedomain of mobile data service is to precede innovations in the operation mode ofcommerce,build up a cooperative win-win industry value chain,and provide a secure,reliable network support platform by actively focusing on customers' demand,harmonizing,rearranging and integrating social resources.Starting from the concept of ecommerce,this thesis conducts an anatomy coveringthe structure and main theoretical foundation of ecommerce,and the mechanism oflowering trade cost and accumulating value.As for mobile data service,the main carrierof mobile ecommerce,its features and advantages in the application to ecommerce arefurther researched;it's supporting technology and correlative standards are analyzed;from the aspects of value-making activity and customer-centeredness,its mainapplications and classification standard in accordance with 3G are put forwardThe characteristics,effect and structure of industry value chain are elaborated,andthe formation mechanism of industry value chain are analyzed,along with which thetheory of value generation in mobile data services is discussed.On the basis of theresearch on the industry value chain and its main links,this thesis probes into theexisting problems,sets up a model of industry value chain in mobile data service inaccordance with 3G,and comes up with some suggestions for constructing an openwin-win industry value chain of the mobile data service.Revolving around the efficient management and expansion of mobile data service,this thesis tries to build up an open,equal,powerful,comprehensive management platform for data service,in which the distributed module technology,data savingtechnology,and appropriate transmit protocol are utilized.In addition,based on theresearch on frame model,subsystem model,and interface model,the model of DSMP(Data Service Management Platform)in accordance with 3G is presented.Taking into account the development of network technology such as 3G,NGN,thisthesis makes an analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the applicationof BOSS (business operation support system).It comes up with an upgraded strategy ofservice operation support system in accordance with 3G,builds up a conceptual modelof the new system encompassing the overall technology frame and core service entity.Furthermore,it gives a functional description of the major subsystems and bringsforward a design of service flow analysis.
