| The National High and New Technology Industry Development Zone in Baoji rises the speed of management of these in-enterpries by the continual expanding zone. However, the Scientifical Technology and Economical Development Board in High and New zone is still mainly operated in the way of traditional paper-based document delivery, fax fillings and computer-based processing. The system was designed and developed to meet the reqirements of modern government administration.Based on B/S structure, J2EE Platform and development of the SQL Server2000, this paper mainly designes and developes portals and reports submitted to the Scientifical Technology and Economical Development Board in High and New Technology Industry Development Zone of Baoji. It also uses the incremental development strategy and object-oriented software development methodology. Portals is divided into front and back functions. Front part conprises notification notices, policy interpretation, reporting processes, corporae training, scientific and technological achievements, company presentations, patent search, project publicity and reporting intergration with service entrance, wherras the back part includes users management, maintenance management, content maintenance management. Report submitting system largely includes the functions such as online reporting, annual transmission, comprehensive management reports and onine-help. In a word, this system is practical, scalable and easy to maintain.The development and application of this system greatly meet the need of the Scientifical Technology and Economical Development Board in High and New zone of Baoji High and New Technology Industry Development Zone to mordern electrical government administration, promote the improvement and effectiveness of the government autimation system in offices. On the other hand, this system conveniences the operation of administration and make great contribution to High and New Technology Industry Development Zones in Baoji. |
