With the rapid development of wireless telecommunication and computer network technologies, wireless Ad Hoc network has a promising prospect for civil and commercial use and in the field of military telecommunication, owing to its advantages of rapidness, flexibility, convenience, etc. Therefore, it has become a hot issue in recent study on network. We are facing with the tremendous challenges in the aspects of how to conduct an effective mobile management and design an reliable routing protocol, because of its characteristics of topology structures of dynamic changes, non-center, self-organization of network, limited bandwidth and energy, as well as the function of a host and a router for each node. The paper has made a further study on this issue, and the main content is as follows: The paper proposes a Enhanced Weighted Clustering Algorithm (EWCA) whose network performance is better than Weighted Clustering Algorithm(WCA). This new method, by taking into the consideration of the network indexes involving the stability of cluster, electricity consumption of node, load balance and throughput of network, designs a proper weight formula that distributes one weight for each node, so as to indicate the degree of each node as cluster head. Moreover, EWCA manages to promote the stability of cluster, flexibility and extension of network management, in the way of improving WCA cluster-forming process and limiting the size of cluster as well, so that it better fits to manage the large-scale and multi-environment wireless network. At last, it is proved by the simulation experiment. The paper proposes respectively the hierarchical unicast routing protocol and the hierarchical multicast routing protocol, which suit large-scale Ad Hoc network environment. On the basis of Better EWCA, I have designed CDSR hierarchical unicast routing protocol for the reference of the advantages of on-demand routing in DSR protocol, and designed CODMRP hierarchical multicast routing protocol for the reference of the advantages of ODMRP routing protocol mesh. We also proved respectively, through the simulation experiment, that the two protocols have the advantages of low delay, high delivery ratio and good extension, compared with the DSR and ODMRP protocol of flat structure. Furthermore, CDSR and CODMRP protocols have been proved better suitable for the unicast and multicast protocols of large-scale self-organization environment respectively. At last, the paper makes a preliminary study on the QoS (Quality of Service) dynamic source routing protocol based on genetic algorithm. We have optimized the dynamic source routing protocol by the means of searching property of overall optimization of generic algorithm, in an effort to enhance the service quality of data transformation.
