With the development of society economy and information technologies, the requirement of the efficiency and quality of service of payment system is more and more higher, which make it transform from by manual operations to by electronic and networks. Owning to the development of Internet the people demand the process of the funds transferring in electronic way. So we cannot use the traditional payment tools, for example cash, check, bank draft, in the electronic commerce. Thus, lacking secure and efficient payment and settlement become a bottleneck for the development of electronic commerce. With the development of the electronic commerce we must create a mechanism to solve the bottleneck. . Our works including the research on the electronic payment model, electronic payment protocols and non-repudiation protocols base on the Hubei province natural science foundation project named "research on non-repudiation and online payment protocols in electronic commerce" and the Hubei province important project named "the general data transformation technology in electronic commerce". The works have the important theory values and practical significance.The main works and result as follows:Introduce the existing formal methods of analyzing the electronic commerce protocols and study the Kessler&Neumann logic.Present a 3e payment model based on N.asokan payment model. The 3e payment model includes electronic credit card, electronic cash and electronic check payment model. In the last we compare and analyze the three payment models.Propose a simply fair non-repudiation protocol called SFNP that is measure up with the country standard and supports the non-repudiation of originator and non-repudiation of receipt. We analyze its non-repudiation with Kessler&Neumann logic. At the same time we analyze its fairness. SFNP can be applied to the fields, which need service of non-repudiation.Present the properties of online payment protocol according to the requirement of secure online payment. It includes accountability, atomicity, non-repudiation, fairness, anonymity and security.Analyze and compare the existing online payment protocols according to its corresponding payment model. We present a based-on electronic credit card payment model online payment protocol and its data structure called SCPT that supports non-repudiation of originator, non-repudiation of receiptor, fairness, money atomicity, goods atomicity, certified delivery, money accountability, goods accountability, partial anonymity and security. We analyze its accountability with Kessler&Neumann logic. At the same time we analyze the others properties and compare its with related online payment protocols. SCPT can be put into practice and satisfied the people need of electronic commerceIn order to verify SCPT, an electronic commerce system prototype based on the XML and WEB service technologies is developed. It supports SCPT. The electronic commerce system prototype is composed of merchant system, server electronic wallet, payment gateway and security base web services. The electronic commerce system prototype supports the properties of SCPT. The server electronic wallet supports SCPT and is secure, extensible. A DataCash bank payment gateway web service is developed .The electronic commerce system prototype can put into practice.
