The main environment that the optical remote sensor experiences in the course of carrying, launch is the dynamic environment, It concerns the characteristic of the structure directly. Vibration, impact, overload, etc. lead to the fact that the line of sight of optical components change, Gravity lead to shape of mirror change, produce waves front error. image can't be formed accurately.At TMA telescope technology central new-type space optical remote sensor can not only get a fine one at quality but also realize high resolution ratio, great visual field and little volume at the same time. Undoubtedly it presents the developing direction in the field right on behalf of space optics in research of this technology.Combining the current development situation of the space optical remote sensor at present, our country has already made great progress in optical remote sensor of high resolution ratio and great visual field. In order to study the influence factor, such as intensity, rigidity of the mechanical structure and dynamic characteristic of the system, etc. Solving the practical problems of the project, this paper has developed several following research work of respects to the light-duty great visual field optical remote sensor mainly:1. On the basis of fully understanding the development trend of optics remote sensor of international high resolution ratio in recent years, it carries on dynamic stability analysis and study of light-duty and great visual field optics remote sensor based on technology with TMA.2. Further investigate the theories of the finite element and structural mechanics, find out the main difference between static analysis and dynamic analysis, Probe the principal of modeling in dynamics, Ask the best modeling scheme solved, In order that models can be close to the reality of structure to the maximum extent, improve the precision of the finite element analysis.3. Go on dynamic modeling systematically to the systematic machineries support based on TMA, for realizing light to quantize and raising structure natural frequency , optic remote sensor can be choosed carbon fibre support structure and optical mirror by hole processed back; Go on support position optimize for determining the best supporting position of the whole structures. At the same time changing the craft of glue connection into screw glue connection at carbon fibre composite and metal form to bury , Because of exerting tight strength to the two ends of pole, it has improved a steps of mode frequency of the whole structure by the finite element analysis, namely improved the rigidity of the structure.4. From environment, for making optical system satisfy formation of image of remote sensor, supporting structure should have good rigidity and fine performance of anti-vibration, satisfy structure hot stability request at the same time, Adoption that the flexible hinge supports the structure becomes the key which solves the two contradiction. In the paper it is carried on rational structure parameter design and study to support structure with anti-vibration performance to flexible hinges, through the structure mode Analysis and Dynamic response analysis and experimental study, it is proved that flexible hinges in double layers has good anti-vibration performance, suppress interference effectively of the external world under the dynamic environment.5. Adopting the sub structure technology for dynamic analysis to the model of remote sensor of optics, computational efficiency have been improved remarkably. In this paper, it is studied the dynamic response of the system under several kinds of typical dynamics environmental operating modes of vibration at sine scanning of low frequency, random, impact and overload emphatically, the characteristic of the mechanical structure of system is researched and tested ,the result is verified through vibration experiment.
