The technology of web-based real-time control (WRTC) is a long-distance control combing control technology and computer network technolog, which uses the TCP/IP transmission mode and takes full advantage of the Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) foundation. WRTC provides a new control approach in the factory, in cities, in provinces, and even in other country, it also provides a new control method to integration or upgrade the former control systems (thus as DCS and PCS etc). This WRTC system is very fit for the great or sporadic control object.In order to research and establish network system of the WRTC system, some advanced technology in the network is analyzed in this dissertation, even more, a broad-band LAN of 1000Mbps was built in the Electrical Engineering College of Zhejiang University, which provides a strong network hardware foundation for programming software of this system.In order to effectually transfer data in the network, this dissertation has discussed the transport layer protocol of TCP/IP and selected a transfer pattern of sample and control data. Then provides an implement Client/Server mode in TCP transfer pattern by Java and visualC++.This dissertation researches and standardizes some control strategies (or algorithm) for the currency of the system.Whereafter, how to build WRTC system is proposed in detail in this dissertation. It also probe into the security, reliability and real time quality of the system, and even presents a feasible transfer approach in some high desired real-time control in the WAN.In order to video supervise and control system, the video frequency compression and transmission is studied. In the area of video frequency compress, some pop compress technique in current is introduced and is proposed.In the end, because of the optimization is often used in the areas of network, control and video frequency compress, a new-style parallel direct optimization is presented.This WRTC system has run stably in this university, which displays the feasibility of the scheme.
