There is various data communication in Broad Bandwidth IP network, so Broad Bandwidth IP network provides multi-class QoS service to support integrated data communication. A lot of applications in Broad Bandwidth IP network are based on non-real-time communication by comparison with ATM. We present Dynamic Virtual Rate Scheduling Policy and Limited Difference-of-Clock Hybrid Packet Scheduling. They don't only guarantee upper bound of traffic delay that is equal to VC and WFQ's, but also optimize non-real-time communication by way of preventing real-time traffic from unfairly engaging network resource.We study statistical QoS service and describe the admission framework of statistical QoS service. We study the statistical performance of packet scheduler under E. E. B. model so as to support rapid admission of statistical QoS.We design statistical traffic shapping controller that shapes arrival traffic processes on intermediate nodes. So end-to-end statistical performance on multi-hops paths can be independent of arrival traffic of intermediate nodes. STSC does not only reduction statistical performance of multi-hops paths but also decrease estimation of upper bound of traffic delay and tail distribution.We also present Generalized Integrated Service model (CIS model) that founds Bandwidth Brokers in autonomous systems (AS) that support traffic aggregating and traffic tagging. Thus AS are able to work under hybrid mode, so CIS model is more adaptive to integrated data communication in Broad Bandwidth IP network.
