LD-pumped All-solid-stated laser is the most active branch in the laser techniques flied .It also is the ultimate direction for the laser development .First of all ,LD-pumped All-solid-state blue and green laser is now the scientific project which most national department have spent much money to study in . LD-pumped All-solid-state green laser is relative mature ,more than 1 W 532nm green laser can be fund everywhere in the national marketplace ,but ,more than 100mW All-solid-state blue laser is seldom ,only few scientific department can do that .but most of them are stay at laboratory period. And it is an empty in our country .for the case ,1 make a study on the techniques of the All-solid-state blue laser .and make a production whose specification is satisfy the requirement .It can putout as high as 120mW power of 473nm blue laser.In my article ,We analyze the energy level and Florence spectrum of Nd3+:YAG ,make sure the value of the stimulated cross section and the absorb cross section .talk about the possibility of 946nm laser operation at room temperature and point out it is the most suitable laser crystal.We fund a more digital model for the quasi-three-level based on the people before ,analyze the relationship between threshold and radius ,find out the optimum length of the laser crystal .also the population inverse and the pump light or the laser ,discuss the effect on the laser operation which caused by the space error,discuss the slope relative to the laser parameter. At last we give the way how to realize laser operation at optimum condition.We make a designation suitable to manufacture ,include optical coupling system ,caviry ,doubling crystal etc. Which can identify the correction of our thought...
