The function of Networked Control System for Vehicles in Urban Mass Transit (VUMT-NCS, with the abbreviation of V-NCS) is to realize overall vehicle control function, which is based on On-board network communication, and is important to vehicle in the view of its safety, efficiency and intelligent performance. From the problems related to V-NCS, and under National Key Technologies R&D Program for the 11th Five-year Plan-100% Low Floor LRV development, this paper carries out research in the aspects of novel scheduling mechanism, of control logic and fault diagnosis modeling based on network, and of network performance optimization with control-performance constraints. Under the network scheduling mechanism selected and from the vehicle controlling function model established, this paper optimizes network and control performance comprehensively, making perfect the design method and theory system of V-NCS. The main achievements are made as follows:Taking the balance degree of network load as a premise, this paper proposes a novel vehicle-mounted network scheduling mechanism based on CANopen. According to requirements on vehicle-mounted network and data transmission in urban mass transit, the correctness and effectiveness of the mechanism proposed is testified for its capability of real-time and load-balanced network transmission, by modeling and simulation of stateflow, and by an example of subway vehicle network, proving that its real-time performance matches up to MVB, with lower cost and shorter development cycle;This paper proposes a systematical framework description, as well as a modeling and simulation approach for vehicle control system. Based on MAS theory and layered hierarchical method, a modeling and simulation method of vehicle logic control is developed by AUML and Colored Petri Nets (CPN) modeling tool; what's more, an intelligent diagnosis model is developed by Fuzzy DES (FDES) and by the analysis tool of Fuzzy Hierarchical CPN (FHCPN), with weight coefficient introduced to eliminate dimension explosion. Based on the research above, modeling examples, simulation, experiment and calculation are given respectively for reference; In the paper, network performance optimization model with the constraints of control performance is proposed, based on novel vehicle network scheduling mechanism of CANopen and static function model of vehicle control system. The model is then solved by improved genetic algorithm with integer coding, adaptive crossover, mutation probability and repeating optimization. Finally, the optimization example and its simulation results proves the comprehensive effectiveness during optimization;The theory and method proposed above are experimented, in V-NCS simulation experiment system, and are verified on 100%low floor LRV which is the first prototype developed solely domestically.
