| Rhythmic gymnastics training exercise control theory and practice are important aspect of rhythmic gymnastics scientific research.Study on rhythmic gymnastics training control theory and empirical research, in this paper,the investigation of objects is focuses on Rhythmic Gymnastics National Team group athletes for the 2008 Olympic Games and their exercise by methods of literature survey,questionnaire investigation,expert interviews and mathematical statistics from the artistic gymnastics exercise control over the content of training activities,methods,and load arrangements.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Rhythmic gymnastics sport training control is based on coaches and athletes led by the active participation,in accordance with the established direction and targets,the use of specialized information and means to study the rhythmic gymnastics training and control structure, the interaction of factors and mutual relations in order to regulate the activities of sports training and grasp the developments and changes in behavior to achieve the desired results.2.Based on the essential attribute and characteristics of rhythmic gymnastics,set up to control the rhythmic gymnastics training concepts, principles,form,structure,method and content as the main body of the rhythmic gymnastics sports training control theory.3.The high-level athletes of rhythmic gymnastics in sports training control factor is the physical training,technical training,performance training,psychological training and evaluation and control of training load.4.The requirements of rhythmic gymnastics of athlete' s body shape for greater specialization and dependence,physical training under the artistic gymnastics professional needs and characteristics of competitive ability.Through physical training to develop the athletes in basic movement quality of(strength,speed,endurance) and the special quality movement including flexibility,bouncing power,balance force, movement coordination.5.The technical training of high-level athletes is the technical of body movement,the technical of apparatus movement and exercise training,and including of the body difficulties of movement,has a certain risk of apparatus movements and more difficult pa-Acrobatic elements;a variety of apparatus technical group,basic technical elements,the typical technical characteristic,and movements of the connection between the technology.6.Rhythmic gymnastics performance training is to create the choreographic idea by the music accompaniment and artistic imagination; through dance training and expression training to improve athlete' s expression in exercise;from including improvisational performances, live observation and performance style of the individual and the group designed to enhance athletes performing basic training and mold athletes performing style.7.Rhythmic gymnastics to determine the amount of training load to the athletes to the number of single action,the number of exercise,the amount of training time and the times of exercise.The intensity of training load of gymnastics decided on the difficulty of action,the movement velocity,mastery of movement,the completed of the accuracy and the extent of the efforts of the athletes.8.The psychological training of rhythmic gymnastics is divided into a special psychological training and the psychological training during the competition,targeted to determine training objectives,content,and select the appropriate ways and means of control is the key to psychological training. |
