The research on public policy analysis has given rise to all walks of life to attach importance at home and abroad, the dissertation make uses of successful experience of analysis research of public policy to expound and investigate detailedly sports public policy in our country under historical culture background of transformation of political and economical system. The dissertation make concrete evidence research of sports public policy in our country based on the clue of historical process of sports development after the new established China, according to《Administration permitted law》and administration according to law, guided by scientific theory of public management and public policy, based on the reality of Chinese sports development.The dissertation leads to the concept of sports public policy and the sports public policy analysis through history review, beginning with main research success of public policy and public policy analysis. Sports administration management is still dense, planned economy is still strong, there is some spatial difference between management practice and the present policy law rules.Based on the experience of summary in China government system reform, united the realities, analyzes the basic value of sports public policy carefully and basic logic implied and judges the future basic tendency, putting forward policy decision basis. The research on sports public policy analysis is a milestone of sports management, supplement and improvement for public policy analysis. It has times significance and has made large contribution for sports management and policy science in our country.
