Hence, routine education needs follow the character of the development of children's self-control in order to achieve the short-time aim of keeping educational order, meanwhile needs to use proper educational methods to improve the development of children's self-control ability in order to achieve the final goal of routine education. In conclusion,(1) Inhibitory control is the prerequisite of the development of children's self control, so that it is necessary to point out appropriate educational goals and requirements according to the development and individual difference of children's inhibitory control.(2) The development of self-control is not very stable in pre-school period, and without stability cross-situation, so the environment in kindergartens should be in order and consistency.(3) Self control in classes of children lack of that can be improved through comprehensive intervention, so it is necessary to make comprehensive educational intervention to improve them.Taking inhibitory control as the variation of individual character, this research program inspects the character of the development of self control among children with different inhibitory control, as well as the stability of self control in different situations, which remedies the defect in the past research that we seldom considered the factor of individual characters.
