Training is an important for everyone to acquire knowledge and skill .Training is a something that have been accompanying with life of people . Our life model has been changed in the society which knowledge and skill have been developing .Our activity more and more has been controlled by our knowledge and skill which we must grasp in our life . Vocational training is important means for us to study the skills and learn the knowledge .Vocational training is a function for enterprise to grow and it can help the lower skill man to take part in social with ability to live . Vocational training is also the means to adjust the labour market.Vocational training of EU is a synthesis product which derived from knowledge economy and social model of European ,because knowledge economy asks the raise of people' s skill and social model request also development humanly .Knowledge economy and globalisation have great influence on EU in recent years and product model has a great change which modern machines gradually substitute for traditional product methods .Product structure have advanced toward the services industry and it is more and more better.Vocational training must has been improved by modern knowledge and skill .It is important for EU to keep up with other developed centuries in terms of the use of knowledge and skill . It is also a special important for the EU to develop democracy and found a system of equity with vocational training .EU put more effort which member states give up many power of country into their unity and humanism in order to strong the Europe ,so vocational training policy of EU has a lot of special methods to do it that worth of research .Vocational training of EU has double meaning which direct the training of the member countries to the common policy in the scope of the EU and the policy practice in every member states .
