This article criticized the basic point of predetermined Chinese curriculum in the past from the position of curriculum design deconstructively. Its main aim is to deconstruct the nature of Chinese curriculum—the ontology basic point of predetermined Chinese curriculum, to build the ontology basis for the founding generating Chinese curriculum. The basic train of thought is as follows: combed the achievements of studying on curricula and Chinese curriculum in the past, induced four forms of Chinese curriculum in Chinese education history , gave the predetermined characteristic judgment, summarized the characteristic of thinking means of the predetermined Chinese curriculum, and determined the nature of Chinese is the basic point of the thinking means by the paradigm theory from Tomas Sommal Kuhn; combed the achievements of studying on the nature of Chinese subject, induced the main views of every school and basic trains of thinking. And by asking the four questions :whose nature it is ,which kind of nature it is, why to study and how to study ,found that the studying object is obscure, the noumenon is nihilistic, goal is dislocated, means are improper, revealed the fabricated characteristic of Chinese curriculum studying, dispelled the ontology basis of predetermined Chinese curriculum; from the position of curriculum design, changed the questions, realized the tower of form of studying from the nature of Chinese to the property of Chinese curriculum and posed the reasonable means of studying the property of curriculum.The paper consists of two volumes:Volume One, predetermined judgment: the historical quality and style of Chinese curriculum is maintained. It includes three chapters: paradigm and curriculum paradigm, Chinese curriculum paradigm and its evolution, the characteristic of thinking ways of predetermined Chinese curriculum. The main content of this volume is the judgment of predetermined the Chinese curriculumparadigm in the past. The paradigm theory from Tomas Sommal Kuhn is introduced and the studying achievements of paradigm from foreign country and at home and in Chinese education are combed. On the basis of the concepts of Chinese curriculum paradigm established in this article, summed up four Chinese curriculum paradigms in Chinese history, they are: instrument-comprehension, instrument - practicality, instrument - idea, instrument -humanity and induced three evolution laws of Chinese curriculum paradigm. With the help of the law of sudden change of Chinese curriculum, found the last four Chinese curricula belong to the highest level of paradigm, that is predetermined Chinese curriculum paradigm. Furthermore summarized the characteristic of thinking ways of predetermined Chinese curriculum and found the basic point from which Chinese curriculum is established: the nature of Chinese subject.Volume Two, critique and deconstruction: analyses the basic point of predetermined Chinese curriculum. It includes, "Ship of Neulat: Roaming and evolving of the studying on the nature of Chinese curriculum" , "Point of Archimedes: Deconstruction about the question of the nature of Chinese curriculum" and "Existence facing the thing-in-itself: Reasonable means of studying about the property of Chinese curriculum". The main continent of this volume is to reveal the characteristic of fabricating of the nature of Chinese curriculum, put forward the reasonable means of the studying about the property of Chinese subject. By combing the achievements of studying about the nature of Chinese curriculum, found there are four schools of studying the nature of Chinese subject, they are: theory of instrument, theory of humanity, theory of speech and theory of overhanging and named the viewpoint of this article as the theory of dispelling.
