Teaching, as a creative achievement of the mankind, certainly have its intrinsic reasons of morality which sustains it. In other words, teaching certainly have its inner promise of morality, and the promise is as the follows:(1)Teaching develops the human and the culture simultaneously; (2)Teaching is a activity of sharing and growing commonly between the teachers and the students; (3)Teaching respects students' autonomy. It implies that the classroom isn't society, and "teaching", in a standard sense, is moral.Moral promise of teaching is a "ideal state" and certainly assumes different "actual state" in the historical river. It has already passed "teaching morality of enslavement" and "teaching morality of utility".Morality of teaching has two dimensions. The one is the "morality of outer-growing ", and the another is the "morality of inner-growing ". "Morality of outer-growing" is special ethical value of society which teaching reflects, and "morality of inner-growing" is human ethical spirits which teaching , as a human invention, ought to embody. The former is humanity , equality and liberty, and the later is development, cooperate and autonomy in the contemporary of China.It is necessity to reform the institution and the process of teaching and promote the teacher's quality in order to pursue morality of teaching . In regard to the institution of teaching , it is necessity to reform, the regulatory regime of teaching towards "ecological management", the evaluation institution of teaching towards "dialogue evaluation" and the class-teaching institution towards flexibility. In the side of the process of teaching, it is necessity to found a fresh ideas of knowledge in teaching, lay a fresh basis of epistemology in teaching, construct a fresh thinking in teaching and form a fresh teaching material. As to the teacher, it is necessity to foster teacher's virtues , to cultivate a sense of tradition in teaching and to mold a fresh figure of the teacher.
