High school education links nine-year compulsory education and higher education, bearing the mission of further improving national quality and cultivate qualified citizens. It not only drives ascension of the foundation education quality but also affects higher education development space. As vane and benchmarking of the high school education, its standard development has very important leading role. Therefore, the study has very important theoretical significance and practical value.This thesis uses quality education theory and education justice theory comprehensively and uses bibliographical research method, questionnaire, interview method and education narrative method. Regarding provincial model high schools in Nan yang, He Nan province as an example, the dissertation demonstrates and argues elaborately the connotation, anomie phenomena, the reasons and canonical development of model high schools. The main contents include:Firstly, this thesis reviews the development course of model high school. It points out the indelible contribution in teaching, management reform and radiation drive; the main aspects of its leading role include perfect education concept, scientific school management, rich campus culture, vivid teachers'teaching and comprehensive radiation drive.Secondly, the dissertation scans anomie phenomena. School concept anomie phenomena can be found in quality education concept, education fair concept, demonstration development concept, school planning and training goal. About management to teachers, rewards and punishment, evaluation and research mechanisms dampened enthusiasm of some teachers; the working time is long and the pressure is heavy. Students'management is too serious, which led to heavy schoolwork burden and physical health ignorance. The debt problem and disorder charging fee are common. Some teachers'education concept lags behind and some lack team consciousness. Insulting, corporal punishment and the like occur frequently. Some students'spirit goal is single, some have all kinds of moral problems and some have various psychological problems. About teachers'teaching, there exist the following phenomena:knowledge-based idea, knowledge-based goal, differential subject setting, unfair weekly-subject scheduling, and one-way method, difficult and old-fashioned content and score-focused evaluation.Thirdly, the dissertation analyses the reasons for anomie phenomena. On the influence of tradition, ranking of thoughts affect model high schools'development initiation and consciousness, education concept and management to teachers and students. The social standard thoughts make model high schools a tool to inherit the social value concept, which results in infusion, training and control in teaching. Authoritarian thoughts make people believe it is right for teachers to punish students. The dogmatism makes the students'subjectivity and creativity depressed. About the trap and crisis of modernity, utilitarian affects education administrative departments, the parents, school administrators, teachers and students and make negative function of education obvious; Control thoughts make schools pay attention to authority and ignore democracy; scientific reason makes rational tool rationalization, some teachers' and students'spiritual culture anomie. The recruitment and test system lead people to pursue high diploma so as to influence education and teaching in model high school; the social personnel system intensifies the vicious competition between schools; the effects of the key school system affect education notions; too low state investment proportion and unclear protection mechanism cause the funds shortage and irregular charge; unsound legal systems foster anomie. Economic development level and the regional differences in education bring obstacles and difficulties.,On Campus culture, schools lay particular stress on material construction, which fuel the students' hedonism; the systems are not perfect and the holes in implementation process dampened teacher enthusiasm. On teachers' quality, education view, students view, knowledge view and ethics influence the improvement of teaching quality. On students'quality, low ability to resist pressure and setback, weak will and interpersonal communication ability, the adolescence trouble, the complexity of human nature and the differences between the students increased the difficulty of management and decreased the education effect.Finally, this thesis provides some ideas and countermeasures from three aspects. About the government responsibility, it is necessary to reform the entrance exam systems, expand the school running autonomy, increase the funds investment and form development platform for these schools. About social responsibility, the whole society should change the concept of employ and evaluation consciousness, alert anomie effect expansion and expand their leading role; popularize high school education in various forms; and increase teachers' status and treatment. About the endeavor of the model high schools, they should set up the correct quality and demonstration development concept, improve management rules in teachers' rewards, punishment, evaluation and research mechanism and improve its democratic and scientific level. On management to students, reduce the students'overloaded schoolwork and pay attention to the students' physical health. On the teachers'spiritual culture, improve teachers'spiritual culture construction through the construction of teachers; establish the harmonious teacher-school, teacher-teacher and teacher-student relationship. Rich excellent campus culture life, build the standard material culture and construct standard system culture; improve the students' self development ability and promote the sound development of the students' personalities. About teachers'teaching, it is necessary to establish teaching idea that combines knowledge and ability; Use many kinds of teaching method reasonably; Updating the teaching contents timely and master its difficulty degrees; Implement multiple multidimensional student evaluation method.
