Research On The Construction Of Practising Teaching System In Humanistic Disciplines Of Higher Learning Institutions

As the personnel training of Chinese higher education shifts from superior education to mass education, colleges and universities have to adjust timely their development strategies, especially to specify the orientation and characteristics of universities according to the national necessity for human resources and the conditions and level of school's own, this is the key to the colleges competition in the future.The common problem about college students majored in humanistic disciplines and the social sciences is undeveloped hands-on ability and social adaptability. The comprehensiveness of practice teaching of humanistic disciplines and the social sciences cannot be replaced by monoscience, and the construction and improvement of practice teaching system are helpful for schools, teachers and students to specify goal, encouraging students to study theories well, to promote various ability, and to improve employability. To do so is to meet the need of the development of educational theories and concepts, the need of market, the need of students'development and the need of promoting universities business and sound development. Based on the previous studies and combined with my research project and work, this study introduces marketing concepts into educational management and establishes practicing teaching system of humanistic disciplines and the social sciences in college and university.This study firstly straightens out the studies of three relative problems about the construction of practice teaching system in colleges and universities at home and abroad.Secondly, this study starts with investigation of students'satisfaction with schools and set improvement of students'satisfaction as basic development objective, which is important for schools'survive and should be promoted in the management.The survey shows that the main factors, affecting the satisfaction of students majored in humanistic disciplines and the social sciences are teachers'teaching, macro-management, positioning and running characteristics and exploit the content of students'comprehensive ability and employability and the way to promote. This study specifies the problems about practice teaching and counters measures, and, guided by modern marketing theories, establish the system of practice teaching improving teaching quality.Thirdly, this study, by special research and typical survey of the college and university of Hebei province and by employing the modern statistical methods, SPSS, build model of multiple linear regression, determined that university, teacher and student are the main factors in the construction of practicing teaching system and set modern marketing theories as the cardinal principles of the construction of the system, in which students are main subjects, teachers are guides and management guarantee and in which all sub-systems are related to each other and also interact with each other .Finally, based on marketing concepts, this study builds the practice teaching system that is composed of object system, content system, approaching system, management system,security system and feedback system and that is expressed in the subsystems, which are linked up end to end, a big closed system. That is to say that the objective system will be continuously adjusted according to evaluation results, decision-making system decides the critical strategies, content system formulates the content of practice teaching, process system specifies the way to practice teaching, management system and security system are management system and feedback system is results evaluation system. Of course, to ensure that the practice teaching function smoothly, it is necessary to emphasize the orientation of the school and to strive for the society support and coordination from government.
