Setting off from humanity , this thesis has inherited contemporary humanity theory which rejects the humanity theories of good or evil. The thesis regards humanity as the following two aspects:the specially cognizing ability of human and human's seeking for differet level values or benefits.According to this definition and the integrating of humanity , the thesis separate common various opinions and concepts from humanity . For example, humanity and the natural world nature , humanity and morality ,the humanity intellectuality and value,the finiteness of humanity, humanity , the purity of humanity, variability and invariability of humanity, the separation of humanity and humanistic opinions, human being's plasticity and society's plasticity, etc.This has cleared away the obstacle to our politics theoretical analysis and has established the comparatively solid theoretical basis. It can be said that the later notions including the relation between humanity , country and political party , democratic system , free competition system, the relation between"in should"and"against should" can be explained by the basis. We have discussed another kind of form of humanity——human being's plasticity and society's plasticity. We have described one concrete reflect of human being's plasticity within world space range——the living position of international people .Then the corresponding principles of humanity, nation and party have been got starting from humanity.The humanity principle is the principle of people to pursue vale and realize interests, and the corresponding nation and party principles are the principles of nation and party to pursue vale and realize interests.The order relationships between these three principles have been clarified based on some kind of value logic of the"in should", that is the humanity principle is higher than the national principle and the national principle is above the party principle which will be look as a basic principle we should follow and implement in our political construction.There has important practical significance for advancing this kind of principle clearly, because the political reality is still lag far in or out of the requirements of this political theory, so the role of the principle to supervision and promote the reality can not be denied.In the relationship between humanity and nation, focus is made on the respect of state to human and on how to meet the people's values and interests by the nation.In the relationship between nation and party, the supremacy of national interests, the respect of party to nation and how the party really reflect and represent the people and national interests have been discussed as emphases.On the stand of the principle of humanity, nation and party, , the country's democratic system, cultural, economic, history, party building and other issues have been considered respectively based on which some principles and recommendations are put forward. For example, in cultural construction, the strategic issues about Chinese cultural development has been considered, such as the relationship between development of socialist culture and oriental culture, the development of mainstream culture and cultural characteristics , and the relationship between culture and politics and culture and freedom.Thematic reflection of the theory of political taboo has been made.On the political taboo theory, the current academy's studies about it are less, so it is relatively a new social politics field, the author has also made some simple and initial thinking in this paper, but there is no doubt that it is a very important politics field, as the text has been said, in a sense a political taboos represent the border of the democracy and freedom of a country.Finally the paper turns to the contrary visual angle starting from humanity, that is based on the concept"in should"and"principles"of the former theory, the corresponding idea"against should"and"reality"have been inspected. This article holds that almost all the existing orthodoxy politics theories are some kind of"in should"politics which tells or asks us theory of political science should be ran, it should be told or asked us what should be done, but most of these views can not be fully actualized or be obayed by all. When this becomes an universal and inevitability phenomenon, we will have the necessary from the opposite angle to reflect on our politics. This situation needs to be interpretated based on the principle contrary to that of"in should", because it is that principle itself that produce the problem. In this paper, the concept "against should" is advanced opposed to the concept"in should", and thus an opposite politics theory of "against should" will try to be bulit to that of"in should". Generally, between the "against should" and "in should"politics there exists a reverse value direction, but this view is also in a human. The society exists and develops in the role of the two forces of the "in should"and "against should". A complete theory should have features of the two sides——"in should"and "against should". Although at presant there have many views and materials similar to the theory of "against should" , but they have not been able to achieve the theoretical system and standardization, and also failed to enter into formal politics theory. This paper attempts to change this situation. However because of the requirements of the article's stucture and the limited level of the author, this theoretical construct is still very preliminary.
