The organic agriculture sector is currently the fastest growing agricultural sector. By minimizing the use of external inputs, avoiding the use of synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, etc, it has succeeded in solving the problems that occurred in the industrialized agriculture producing, such as the degradation of ecological environment, the drop of food quality and agricultural input and output benefits, and the surplus of agricultural product. The organic agriculture is also able to meet human being's diversified demands for the agricultural function after their physiological demands are satisfied basically. The remarkable information asymmetry exists in the organic agricultural product trade and has higher requests to the system. The production of organic agricultural product is superior to ordinary agricultural product in nutrition, safety and health because it is forbidden to use various kinds of agricultural chemicals and chemical fertilizers, etc. If organic authenticity of product can be guaranteed, consumers like to buy it with higher price because of its fine quality, friendly environment and social fair, etc. Because of the limited organic agricultural production' input, high produce cost and low production, producers are needed to be compensated with higher price; Difficult to distinguish organic agricultural produce with common agricultural ones from appearance and even prove organic authenticity of product through measuring. The organic agriculture' higher requests to the system are determined by characteristic of organic product. Furthermore, the organic agriculture has set up a whole set of approval, check, authentication and label systems, and implementation mechanisms to realize its goal during pursuing maximum interest, so that it has shown its talents in numerous sustainable agriculture forms.Though China has potential comparative advantages of developing the organic agriculture in such aspects as natural resources, workforce resources and traditional agronomy technology, and the objective request for it, there are considerable disparities in the organic agriculture development level between the developed countries and China, and between the due level itself and China. Therefore, the potentialadvantages fail to turn into the realistic competition. The major reason is that organic agricultural identified procedure and implementation mechanism of China is imperfect. Though the identified rules of China are based on the rules of European Union and IFOAM, these standards are so low and imperfect that they are approved by mutual acceptance of the imported countries. The formal rules, informal rules and implementation mechanism are included in the system, the formal rules can be changed in a short time, but informal rules and implementation mechanism are progressive. The implementation cost of a system, which includes the cost of weighing, supervising, implementing etc, is often very high. Only if formal rules are evolved into people's conscious behavior, could the implementation cost of a system be reduced and the system implemented effectively. However, the weak awareness of environment and law, and the emphasis on formulating rules instead of implementing make the cost of organic authentication system rise in China. This thesis uses system of economics, game theory and information economics, etc to analyze the economics principle of the information asymmetry of the agricultural product transaction reduced by organic agricultural authentication system. It strengthens the understanding of the importance of organic agricultural authentication system, especially its implement mechanism. It also analyzes the existing problems of organic agricultural development in China, learns the advanced international experiences and puts forward the directional and feasible countermeasures and suggestions.
