Psychological Analysis Of The Borderline Personality Disorder

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) is a preceding subject both in the field of clinical psychology and psychiatry in the present. The researches is more in foreign coutries, but most are medical model, focus on epidemiology, etiology, commdity, diagnosis, assessment and therapy, or psychoanalysis model, focus on defence mechanism, early object relation and attachment type, but there is a lack of deeply analysis and understand to patient's inner world. Otherwise, few people treat BPD patients with sandplay therapy. As to the situation of china, there are only a few introduced articles, but no developing researches.The objects of this research are BPD patients of students in university (both undergraduates and graduates). The aims of this research are understand BPD patients' general personality type and special inner world by deeply psychoanalysis, and treatment them with sandplay therapy and dream analysis of psychoanalytical techniques of June in order to help them relieve their pain of soul and perfect their unstable personality.The main methods of this research are questionnare, talk, sandplay production analysis, project test and case research, and the main therapies are sandplay therapy and dream analysis.The structure of this paper divides three parts: theory summary, positivism research and case research. Except introduce the background knowledge and newly research productions about BPD, the main contents of this paper are to investigate positive rate and sick rate of BPD in students in university, to understand BPD patients' general personality type, to analyze the general materials and sandplay production of BPD patients, to inspect the reflection of patients' mental characteristics in the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), and to treat BPD patients with sandpaly therapy and check up the effect of treatment.The concludes of this research are: the positive rate is the percent of 19.22 on the initial criterion (5 score) of PDQ4+ and is the percent of 7.15 on the new criterion (7...
