The later stage of the Northern Dynasties is in the hostile situation of the Eastern Wei Northern Qi Dynasties and the Western Wei Northern Zhou Dynasties. In the 16 kingdoms founded by 5 Hu Nationalities Northern and Southern Dynasties China was in a history period of rapid development to be in a community greatly turbulent in the north of China, chaos caused frequently by war, continuous migration of every clansman by the rim, the rising and declining of the powerful family, and changes of community and national mixing. In the particular period because the culture of the Hu Nationality and the Han Nationality contacted, collided and interacted reciprocally, the fresh culture finally took shape .So in the later stage of the Northern Dynasties the culture had the character such as the mixing of the multiple northern culture, divergence of area , mutual exchange, and being open.According to the areas of the Eastern Wei Northern Qi Dynasties and the Western Wei Northern Zhou Dynasties this article studies emphatically the assimilating and difference of each area by the means of ethnology, statistics and region comparison .In the first section this article discusses the problem that the Hu Nationality changed toward the Han Nationality from the Confucian school education, ceremony and propriety convention, decrees and regulations, literature art, and social life. The culture of the Hu Nationality must be influenced by the well-developed culture of the Han Nationality after pouring into the northern farming area in the progress of integration.In the second section this article discusses the problems of the...
