In present times of swift and violent change, the issue on ethics in the enterprise' s operation and management has increasingly been paid much more attention to. On the contrary, guiding operation behaviors by ethicizing values can preferably make profit, prevent from any risks and improve the efficiency of organization, but also shape favorable enterprise image and enhance its social reputation. Its basic content can be divided into three layers: observing laws (acceptable), reciprocal (good) and dedication (excellent).Viewing from the angel of history, ethics and operation embody a kind of complex rcltition. When enterprises initially appear, people thought that enterprise is visional and has no soul. Later day demonstration is that the operation of enterprise has been playing game between two viewpoints, namely, moral operation and immoral operation. However, the operation of enterprise is still in the phase of observing laws and disciplined by laws; so, this is the baseline of ethic.Mutual benefit and reciprocity is the middle line of ethicizing operation that enterprises exercise. Commodity economy is born to be a kind of economy with mutual benefit. The ethical principle based on economy with mutual benefit can only be mutual benefit and reciprocity. This principle requires that when enterprises pursue and protect their own interest and employees' interest, they must fully consider and maintain other enterprises' interest and the whole interest of country and society. If enterprises intend to develop reciprocal operation, they must abide by three major rules: honesty and keeping faith, fair transaction and performing responsibility. Only doing like this, enterprise can set up favorable image and obtain recognition and affirmation of the society.We advocate that enterprises' operation should, on the basis of observing the baseline and the middle line, climb the upper line. Specific requirements of dedication include benefiting the society and the people, developing more benevolent activities, serving society and perfecting life.
