The article was divided into five chapters:Chapter one: WENZI and Wenzi. We think that WENZI has relation with two Wenzi according to documents of biography and unearthed documents: one is WENZIwho was literati and officialdom in Zhouping periods , another is WENZI who is thinker in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods. The embryonic form of thinking of "Wenzi" was from Wenzi in the Spring and Autumn and Warring States periods, then came down to the Qin and Han dynasty through words by words, Gaigong huanglao factions in Jiaoxi lived with the need of times and compiled the book. Perhaps the book wasn' t written by one at one time, and the book wasn' t finished until the beginning of Han Dynasty. The authors didn' t mention Wenzi who is not famous during the end of Spring and Autumn and beginning of Warring States periods, but mentioned Wenzi in King zhouping Dynasty.Chapter two: studying the ideas of original "wenzi through bamboo slip WENZI . Firstly the article refuted the opinion that WENZI was original explanatory notes of Laozi, then dealt with the main contents of bamboo slip WENZI is the ideas of Taoist School, partly is the ideas of Confucian school, However we can not regard it as typical works of school of thought of Huanglao, but think it as the transition of Taoist school of Laozi and Taoist of school of thought of Huanglao through considering bamboo slip WENZI as original version.Chapter three: Studying the Original of Presenting Edition WENZI through Unearthed Bamboo Slip WENZI . Through many-faceted comparison between the bamboo slip WENZIand presenting edition WENZI, we think that the opinion of remaining book that put forward by Dingzhou' group that sort out Han Dynasty' bamboo slip is relative reasonable statement that explained the contradiction and difference between the bamboo slip WENZI and presenting edition WENZI. WENZIhas not been preserved intact through chaos of war or natural disaster after Han Dynasty, the descendants complied the book again through regarding it as original book and consulting the same words in Taoist documents, so this made the book go ground.Chapter four: the relationship between presenting edition WENZI and Huainanzi. The chapter demonstrates from many ways that presenting edition WENZI is later than Huainanzi and it is the complement of remaining book WENZI, through comparison among the bamboo slip WENZI and presenting edition WENZI and Huainanzi and researching the origin of unseen words of bamboo slip WENZI in the presenting edition WENZI. Presenting edition WENZI must have copied Huainanzi rather than latter must have copied former.Chapter five: the formation and spreading of presenting edition WENZI.
