The development of study of rite led to the growth of study of Confucian classics in Qing Dynasty. Some scholars in the Qing Dynasty saw through the defects of study of heart in late Ming Dynasty and advocated the making up for Neo-Confucianism by study of Confucian classics, and then devote to the reconstruction of study of rite. They were Sun Qi-feng Lu Shi-yi, Gu Yan-wu, Zhang Er-qU Huang Zong-xi, who spring up this movement. They met many difficulties since the very beginning made by the nobles of Man Zhou who were the representatives of the underdeveloped culture. It made them have to rethinking of the conflict between Han and Man's culture. In the procedure of doing choice, they had been aware that even thought coercion can be succeed in some time, it still wasn't an effective way to hold the public together. If the governor didn't envisage culture and tradition, he would be unable to keep the society steady. Therefore, they not only agreed with the developed culture of Nationality Han, but also adjust the policy of politics and culture. Fortunately, these ethoses from intelligentsia correspond with the ideology of the governor. It offered a physical academia. Since that, the scholars of study of nte and their works spring up. The scholars of study of rite advocated to take rite as the living philosophy, which influent society and science a lot. To be more attention, the system reconstruction of rite by Qing Governor and the study of that by scholars accelerate the stableness of society and the reconstruction of study of rite. (The General rite of Qing Governor} and many other works of Xu Qian-xue, LiGuang-di> FangBao, QinHui-tian had been published in succession. After that, the study of rite carried out more widely and more achievement had been obtained, especially after the regnant period of Qian Long and Jia Qing. And the idea "taking off reason by rite" byLing Ting-kan\ Ruan Yuan, which came out after the idea " study of Confucian classics is study of rite" of Gu Yan-wu's took study of rite philosophy into a new stage and the study of rite became fashion at that time. After then, the elaboration brought by Chen LK Huang Yi-zhou summarized the thought of study of rite successfully. In comparison with the works of Hu Pei-hui, Sun Xi-dan, Zhu Bin, the Sun Yi-rang's work not only have abundant content, but also made a whole set summary. Till then, the study of rite complete its development course in feudalism society.Surely, the reconstruction of study of rite in early Qing Dynasty make sense to academia, but also to the government of society, conflict and collaboration of Man and Han's culture and the change of thinking of whole society. The political and cultural function it included and the meaning in the history of academia made good progress to society and science together. It's the reason why China can develop in it's own way under the conditions of aggression by the Western countries.From what I have mentioned above, I have done the discussion of reciprocal relationship between the scholars in early Qing Dynasty and cultural policy of Qing Government in the way of connection of academia and society history. Made it in order of internal reason, thinking feature and academic achievement why study of rite can be reconstructed and even grow in strength in early Qin during the procedure that two kind cultures collaborated together. And include the political and cultural function it did in early Qing, and academic function it did in the changing procedure form from the Neo-Confucianism to study of the Confucian classics in academia. The research in this issue not only help us to discover the internal logic and functions in development of study of rite, but also make physical sense to the construction of today's mental culture.
