One of the features in TCM theory is that man is an integral part of nature. Man is the world's epitome. Man must stabilize with the society; this is the condition of preserve health. It is necessary to the medicine research that society affects the disease happen. Society put the gender order in standard, affect the cognition of physiology and disease. This essay explore the expansion in the theory of TCM resulted from the gender factor.Gender medicine is a course that inquires into the gender order which enact by society that influenced the medicine theory, or the relation of gender and medicine. So this essay explores the cognition of TCM theory affect by the gender order which enact by society.The study method included the method of the history, psychology, take a skeptical and criticize attitude breakthrough the whole article. This essay divided into three parts. First part is pandect. This part inquires into the fundamental theory of the gender medicine of TCM. Chapter 1 is introduction, summarize the literature and abstract, and define the concept of gender medicine. Chapter 2 detailed explain the concept of gender medicine. Chapter 3 inquires into the gender awareness of Huang-Di-Nei-Jing. Huang-Di-Nei-Jing endows the gender concept in the entire thing in the worlds, not only in human being. In this chapter, we extended meaning of gender concept. Chapter 4 explored the gender awareness of "Golden Chamber Guidance and Strategy". Because "Golden Chamber Guidance and Strategy" is the representative work of the TCM clinical theory. Chapter 5 explored the expansion of the gynecology and gender factors. Chapter 6 explored the gender factors of andrology which is depend in other department.Part two is the branch statement of the TCM gender medicine. We used gynecology for example, divided into four branch part-miscellaneous diseases, before childbirth, childbirth, after childbirth, others. In the part of miscellaneous diseases, first (chapter 7) we discuss the mentality disease. Why the medicines books consider female infect the mentality disease more easily? Second (chapter 8), we discuss the cosmetology. Beauty and ugliness is not a disease. Why gynecology medicine books discuss the methods of how to become a pretty girl? Third (chapter 9), we discuss the foot-binding. Foot-binding is a method to mould a beautiful girl, but result in foot deformity and other diseases, but the TCM theory didn't advocate forbid foot-binding. We will discuss foot-binding result in what kind of diseases, and destroy what kind of TCM theory. Nowadays foot-binding had been vanished, but foot-binding is an approach to rethinking the surgical operation of well-shaped chest and backside. All of them are making a well-shaped body but deform the normal body. In the second branch part is before childbirth, we discuss two topics. First is explore the factors of that gynecology medicine books emphasis the women's obligation on beg for a child or a boy. Second is exploring the relation of the antenatal training and gender. Third branch part discuss the period of childbirth and after childbirth. Traditional medicine books always show that the treatment in parturition and after childbirth, which medicine always used by husband and male's body. We will analyze this situation. The fourth branch part is others. We will rethink the contradiction of put female's body in the medicine and female avoid emerge in the pharmaceutical place.Part 3 is conclusion. In this part, we sort out the transition and the expansion of TCM theory as a result of gender factors. This contain the TCM gynecology incessantly develop, the alteration of balance and symmetrical concept of Yin-Yang relation, the theory that man is an integral part of nature sometime intensify and sometime destroy......etc.. Then we rethink profoundly of the attitude of medicine research and clinical.
