Result:During th researching of the relationship among gastric carcinoma traditional Chinese medicine classification of syndrome, tumour's pathology and gender,we discover that:1. There is the difference on the sexual constituent ratio of gastric carcinoma traditional Chinese medicine classification of syndrome:The male patients are more than the female patients. The male patients of excess syndromes and the female patients of deficiency syndromes are more than another gender.By analyzing on six syndromes, the female patients of syndrome of "Deficiency of both Qi and Blood" and "Stomach-heat and Deficiency of Stomach-yin" are more than the male patients to be contrary of four syndromes.The rate of gender among these syndromes has statistical distinction.2. Analyse the difference of gender between gastric carcinoma traditional Chinese medicine classification of syndrome and pathology,we discover that:(1) There are differences of gender on the infiltrated depth with the patients of syndrome of "Deficiency of both Qi and Blood" and "Incoordination between the Liver and Stomach"(p=0.011 ,p=0.015). The female patients of syndrome of "Deficiency of both Qi and Blood" occur more in T4 stage and the male patients occur more in T3 stage.Other four syndromes haven't statistical distinctions.(2) There is the difference of gender in the patients of syndrome of "Deficiencycold of the Sleen"(p=0.031). Tumour tissues of the male patients have better differentiation than that of the female patients.(3) There is the difference of gender on the differentiation in the patients ofdeficiency syndromes(/7=0.018). Tumour tissues of the male patients have better differentiation.The difference occurs on the infiltrated depth too(p=0.037).Majority patients occur in T3 or T4 stage,but the male patients in T3 stage are more than the female patients.3. Research the relationship between tumour's pathology and the expression of Ki67 and Cyclin E,we discover that:(1) There is the relationship between the expression of Cyclin E and tumour's pathology or distant metastasis(p<0.05).(2) We don't discover the relationship between the expression of Ki67 and tumour's pathology."(3) There is the difference of gender on the expression of Cyclin E in the patients who are in T2 stage.The expression of the female patients more significantly increased than the male patients.(4) The expression of Cyclin E has statistical distinctions between the female patients who have and haven't distant metastasis(/?=0.0193).The expression of the patients who have distant metastasis increase significantly.The male patients haven't this difference.4. Research the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine classification of syndrome and the expression of Ki67 and Cyclin E,we discover that:(1) There is the relationship between the expression of Ki67 and the . syndromes.The expression of Cyclin E has no this relationship.(2) There is the difference between the expression of Ki67 of the syndrome of "Incoordination between the Liver and Stomach"and "Phlegm-damp Coagulation"or "Deficiency of both Qi and Blood". The expression of Ki67 of the syndrome of "Incoordination between the Liver and Stomach" increase more significantly.(3) There is the difference between the expression of Ki67 of the syndrome of "Stomach-heat and Deficiency of Stomach-yin"and "Phlegm-damp Coagulation". The expression of Ki67 of the syndrome of "Stomach-heat and Deficiency of Stomach-yin" increase more significantly.Conclusion: Cyclin E has an important effection on gastric carcinoma.Some differences occur among these diferent syndromes. Ki67 has an specified effection on gastric carcinoma.There are some differences of tumour's proliferation among these diferent syndromes. There are some differences between the male and the female gastric carcinoma patients including infiltrated depth and differentiation. The syndrome and gender may be one of the evidences to judge the prognosis of gastric carcinoma. The female patients easily occur the deficiency syndromes.Their prognosis is worse than the male patients.
