Medicine is a special kind of goods,relates to the human livelihood.Pharmacy technicians diathesis has direct impact on the quality of medicines,medication safety, the development of the pharmaceutical industry,as well as the construction of a harmonious country.Many countries in the world have qualification requirements to pharmacy technicians,but have an increasing emphasis on continuing education to ensure and improve the pharmacy technicians diathesis.Continuing education is an important form of building a learning society, promoting life-long education in China,but continuing education is still in the initial stage of development,pharmacy technician continuing education need to be improved both in theory and in practice.Based on the conditions,this papers are carried out from seven studies and make recommendations later.This foundation and explore cutting-edge research has a certain theoretical and practical significance to guide our country for the continuing education of pharmacy technicians work,continuously improve the quality of pharmacy technicians,ensure the quality of medicines.In this paper,the main content of the research and innovation points are as follows:(1) Research the status quo of continuing education of pharmacy technicians,as the representative,licensed pharmacist and quality control staff in pharmaceutical operation enterprise,reseach the continuing education status quo,existing problems, and put forward 7-point proposals.(2) the comparative study of continuing education of pharmacy technicians at home and abroad.Literature retrieval and translation to policys of the continuing education of Pharmacy technicians in other countrys;investigations and interviews to related personnel pharmaceutical continuing education in China.Analysis and Comparison study of Japan,the United States,Britain,Canada, Hungary,five pharmacy technicians continuing education characteristics.Analysis of foreign pharmacy technicians continuing education status quo,the status quo include foreign policy,pharmacy technicians work in the field,continuing education content, methods,forms,continuing education and impact evaluation of various aspects of factors.Comparison of domestic and foreign pharmacy technicians continuing education differences,foreign pharmacy technicians continuing education have full and rich theory,methods,scientific,informative,varied,a clear effect of assessment method.Provides important reference for the continuing education of domestic pharmacy technicians.(3)the study of influencing factors of pharmacy technicians continuing education. In this study,"training to support the protection factor","Training design factors" and "personal characteristics factor" are important points.study this three areas to explore the three major factors to study the effect of training.After the assumption that the proposed model,investigation,statistical analysis of the classification of data, validation,drawn between the effects of continuing education for the implications, including "training in support of the protection factor" to the effect of continuing education is the most significant.(4)study the continuing education effect assessment methods of pharmacy technicians.Designed to assess the effect of the training flow chart to assess the effect of continuing education methods,and empirical studies were made. under the "Kirkpatrick Model","Fuzzy mathematical model",the basic idea and principle.pharmacy technician continuing education evaluation system is established combined with the actual factors.The effect evaluation of continuing education is divided into four parts(the first indicator),in which the following four-level indicators, establish 13 secondary indicators and 24 three-level indicators and results from a single training course,a the overall training cycle time effect of a few empirical studies are carried out to make unification the qualitative and quantitative study.(5)Study the courses system of pharmacy technicians continuing education.A courses system of continuing education is one of the elements to ensure that pharmacy education and training effect,this chapter of the curriculum system system theory,and analyze the status quo education courses through a survey of pharmacy technicians, provide some new ideas for the building of continuing education courses system.
