The Study Of Evaluation Indicator System For AIDS Related Health Education Service

Research Purpose:Through analyze the documents related to the AIDS health education in and abroad, the researcher abstracted the indicators which can reflect the evaluation of the AIDS related health education. Then we set down the weight of the indicator. Based on this, the Evaluation Indicator System for AIDS Related Health Education Service was constructed, and the system's reliability and validity was tested. The research will put a theoretical foundation for evaluate the AIDS health education, and it'll also do some good for preventing AIDS/HIV.Research Methods:Through collecting,packing up and analyzing the documents, the study abstracted the indicators which can reflect the evaluation of the AIDS related health education. Utilizing the special panel discussion and Delphi method, the study established the primary evaluation system. The weight of the indicator was calculated combing Delphi method and mathematical method. The factor analysis and expert comment method was used to test the indicator system's validity; The Cronbach alpha coefficient method was used to test the indicator system's reliability. At last the study established a consummate indicator system.Research Results:(1)The study construct the evaluation Indicator System for AIDS Related Health Education Service. This system was composed by the drug user's evaluation Indicator System for AIDS Related Health Education Service and the sex transmitted people's evaluation Indicator System for AIDS Related Health Education Service. The drug user's Indicator System contains four third-degree indicators which belong to transmission control indicator and two third-degree indicators which belong to people related indicator; The sex transmitted people's evaluation Indicator System contains three third-degree indicators which belongs to transmits control indicator and seven third-degree indicators which belongs to people related indicator.(2)The consultation results show that the active coefficient which is a sign of the experts'high attention and cooperation is high;The first round consultation's average authority coefficient is 0.7675 which shows that the consultation's authority degree is at an upper lever;The second round consultation's average authority coefficient is 0.8060 which is heighten 0.0385 than the first around and shows that the consultation's authority degree is at a high lever;The exprets'harmony coefficient is well which is verified remarkable difference, P≤0.05,the result is acceptable, the reliability is well.(3)The study calculated the weights of the indicators of the evaluation Indicator System for AIDS Related Health Education Service. The study also calculated the weights of the indicators of the drug user's evaluation System and the sex transmitted people's evaluation System. The evaluation System can used to compare the AIDS health education service utilization degree in different area and different item. The two crowds can evaluate integrated or separately.(4)The factor analysis result of the indicator system shows that there are two common factors whose eigenvalues are both more than one. The wo factors'cumulate contribution rate is over 75%. The factor analysis result is accordant with the indicator design. That shows the indicator system's validity is well.(5)The study uses Cronbach alpha coefficient method to test the indicator system's reliability. The drug user's evaluation Indicator System's total Cronbach alpha coefficient is 0.8855(Hotelling's T-square=1539.4416,F= 225.09,P=0.000). The reliability through item standardization is 0.8854. The sex transmitted people's evaluation Indicator System's total Cronbach alpha coefficient is 0.9291(Hotelling's T-square=275.5405,F= 21.8363,P=0.000). The reliability through item standardization is 0.9323. The result shows that the indicator system's interior coherence reliability is well. The effect of the indicator's repeated measurement is well.Conclusions:Based on the above results, the Conclusions was put forward: (1)The indicator System is comprehensive and rational;(2)The methods used to filter the evaluation indicators are advisable;(3)The methods used to calculate the indicator's weight are scientific. The result is exact relaticely;(4)The reliability and validity test results show that the indicator system have good reliability and validity;(5)The indicator selected is easy to operate. It can adapt to quickly evaluate.
