Especially, it is almost the same in all levels of each kind of hospital ,non-social capital factor occupies the leading role in the internal and external environment .Since the hospital survives in a market-economy environment,the medical market must be competition economy based on resources disposition. The competition of future hospital will be the social capital accumulation and the use competition. The use of enterprise social capital has created more values for the enterprise. The hospital like identical enterprise incompletely waits for the identical enterprise.
