Objectives: From the prescription's resource, etiological factors and pathogenesis, disease position, main clinic symptoms, clinic application and related content by systematically summarizing and analyzing the current literature of Taohechengqitang (THCQT), make it clear that reveal the THCQT syndrome's treatment rule. By setting up intestine ischemIa-reperfusion(I/R) model of rats, study the effect and molecular immunity mechanism of THCQT on. protecting and treating rats with intestine I/R. Especially observing the effect of THCQT on proinflammatory cytokines and immunosuppressive cytokines in rats with intestine I/R, supply experiment and theory basis for TCM treating intestine I/R, which reveal the basic rule of TCM on treating the disease.Methods: In theory research, we widely collect original text . the literature interpreted by later authors and current literature. In experiment, 56 rats are randomly divided into 7 groups. Every group has 8 rats ( male and female by half).The first group is normal group, the second is sham group, the third is intestine I/R group, the forth is large dose THCQT treatment group, the fifth is middle dose THCQT treatment group, the sixth is small dose THCQT treatment group, the last is lactulase control group. Except normal group and sham group, the other 5 groups are clapped with clippers in superior mesenteric artery to set up intestine I/R model. To explore the effect of THCQT on rats' intestine permeability with intestine I/R damage, we use biochemical ways to test plasma endotoxin and D-lactate's changes. To explore the effect of THCQT on rats' intestinal membrane barrier with intestine I/R damage, we observe intestine tissue water content, pathologic section and intestinal mucous damage score. To explore the effect of THCQT on rats' cytokines with intestine I/R damage, we observe the effect of THCQT on rats' serum IL-6, IL-4, IL-10, TNF-a with intestine I/R damage by using ELISA.. Results:1 theory researchThe complete etiological factors , pathogenesis , treatment principles prescription and herbs of syndrome of blood retention first appeared in 《Treatise on Febrile and Miscellenous Disease》 . The etiology and pathogenesis is that exogenous pathogen does not disappear and turn into heat in the body, then combines with blood stasis in lower Jiao. The part includes the whole lower Jiao besides large intestine and small intestine. The main clinic symptoms are "people like being mad", "feeling uneasy in the abdomen". The treatment principle is promoting blood circulation and expelling blood stasis, lowering heat and removing blood stasis.
