Capsule In The Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis In Gout Mechanism

Objective: The aim of study is to research the functional mechanism oftherapy for acute gouty arthritis through Tongfengning capsule.Method: The herb is used in the model of animal which get acute goutyarthritis. The method of the tumefaction on the toe of rats test, cytokine level,Caspase-3 and HSP70 expression, and, prove herb with the effect ofanti-inflammation and analgesia too. We evaluate the herb's curative effectthrough comparing with Indometacin.Results: We can know the herb with the function of decreasing animal'sTNF- a level, increasing IL-2, IL-12 secretion and Caspase-3, HSP70expression.Conclusion: The herb's anti-inflammation and analgesia mechanism may berelated to inhibiting the TNF- a releasing , accelerating IL-2 , IL-12,Caspase-3 and HSP70 expression.
