Objective: GD is an autoimmune thyroid disorder involving on antibody (TsAb) directed against the TSH receptor (TSHR) producing thyroid stimulation. Tablet-FuFangJiaKang (Tablet-FFJK) is an empiric presciption of professor Ruquan Chen. It is eutherapeutic in clinic. In this experiment our objectivorder is to observe the unbalanced state of cytokineses net (cytokineses and its receptor) in GD rat and the effect of adjustment after treated by Tablet-FuFangJiaKang.Methods:1.The animal models of GD were reconstructed: The wistar rats were mainlined 0.1ml, 0.2ml, 0.3ml, 0.4ml, 0.5ml Yersinia enterocolitica bacteriurm water(5×108/ml) in trail in first, fifth, tenth, fifiteenth, and twentieth day.2. The change of the level of FT3, FT4, TSH in GD rats' blood serum and thyroid gland tissue pathology after treated with Tablet-FFJK of different dosage. Meanwhile, to compare the different effect of Tablet-FFJK, traditional Chinese medicine, and western medicine.3. We examine the proportion of CD25+ T cell to show the state of sIL-2R by Flow Cytometry (FCM), observe IL-2 expressed in GD rat's spleen, and compare the effect of different groups.4. We observe TNF-α expressed in GD rat's spleen, and compare the effect of different groups, and examine sTNF-α R by means of ELISA, and compare the effect of different group.5. We examine IL-6/sIL-6R by means of ELISA, and compare the effect of different groups.Result:1. The level of FT3, FT4 in GD rats' blood serum come forth higher and the TSH come forth lower after immuned with Yersinia enterocolitica bacterium water, and Tablet-FFJK can adjust it into normal.2. The IL-2/sIL-2R state of GD rats come forth unbalance after immuned with Yersinia enterocolitica bacteriurm water, and Tablet-FFJK can adjust it into balance.3. The TNF-α/TNF-α state of GD rats come forth unbalance after immunedwith Yersinia enterocolitica bacteriurm water, and Tablet-FFJK can adjust it into balance.4. The IL—6/sIL—6R state of GD rats come forth unbalance after immuned with Yersinia enterocolitica bacteriurm water, and Tablet-FFJK can adjust it into balance.Conclution:In this experiment we observed that the unbalanced state of cytokineses and its receptor in GD rat, and the Tablet-FuFangJiaKang could adjust its balance. We infer one of the mechanism is the Tablet-FFJK could reduce the level of thyroid hormone of GD rats' blood serum, and the other one is the traditional Chinese medicine could directly affect on the immune system by adjust the cytokineses.
