Research Purpose:1,In order to seek the relativity between sports-related genes and the scientific selection of the materials for the cross-country skier , this dissertation studies on the distributive characteristics of the I/D polymorphism of the ACE gene and the A/G polymorphism of the CNTF gene, and measures the Hb content and LDH release of sample skiers, which helps to solve the problem for the early selection of our country's skiers and provide a preliminary exploration and experiment for the gene selection of our country's winter sports event.2,The paper combines Chinese date and sealwort to achieve the aim of developing the sportsmen's ability , promoting their performance and contributing to the development of our country's sports. Research Methods:1,The paper takes 30 cross-country skiers from Heilongjiang province and 30 students from Harbin Institute of Physical Education Body Science Department as the samples, makes use of PCR method to test the ACE and CNTF gene polymorphism, and uses statistical approach to analyze the test results.2,280 clean KunMing (KM) mice of 6-8 weeks are selected and divided into 10 groups randomly. Chinese date and sealwort are mixed into suitable dosage according to the surface area of people as against that of the mice. A dosage of 0.4ml is poured into the stomach of each mouse every 4 weeks with a 1 week interval. Test on the anti-anoxia ability, exhaustive swimming time, labyrinth traveling time, the Hb content in the blood, the LDH and SDH release is carried out and the results are analyzed by means of statistical approaches.Research Results:1,The distribution of the cross-country skiers'gene frequency meets the requirement of the genetic equilibrium, the samples are group representative and their genotype frequency is distinctively different ( P< 0.05), their alleles gene is also different (P< 0.1) .2,Test group CNTF's gene frequency fails to meet the requirement of the genetic equilibrium and they are not group representative.3,The LDH release of the test groups and that of the control groups is distinctively different( P< 0.01) .4,The Hb content of test group and that of the control group is distinctively different( P< 0.01) .5,The compatibility of the Chinese date and the sealwort potion'effect on the test groups'labyrinth traveling time as against the control groups within 5 weeks is not different( P> 0.05) .6,Apart from the high medium groups, the compatibility of the Chinese date and sealwort'effect on the rest of the test groups'exhaustive swimming time as against the control groups within 5 weeks is distinctively different( P<0.01).7,The compatibility of Chinese date and sealwort's effect on the medium and low medium test groups'anti-anoxia ability as against the control groups within 5 weeks is distinctively different( P< 0.01), while the effect on the high high, high low, medium high and medium medium groups as against the control groups is differen(t P< 0.05), and the difference of the rest groups as against the control groups has no statistical significance.8,The LDH release in the potion of the Chinese date and sealwort of the high high, high medium and low low groups as against the control groups is distinctively different( P< 0.01), The difference of the rest groups as against the control groups has no statistical significance.9,Apart from the high medium groups, the Hb content of the rest test groups as against the control groups is distinctively different( P< 0.01) .10,The SDH release of the Chinese date and sealwort potion in the serum of the low high groups as against that in the control groups has statistic difference( P< 0.01) .Research Conclusion1,The trend of cross-country skiers from Heilongjiang province three ACE genotype distribution frequency is II type > ID type > DD type, the CNTF cross-country skiers from Heilongjiang province, which may be due to the number limitation of the Hsamples. However it is also possible that the CNTF gene polymorphism of the chosen skiers has no relationship with their strength.2,The Hb content andLDH release in the serum of the cross-country skiers is distinctively different from that of the control groups.3,Due to the reasons, such as geography, economy and the degree people love the cross-country skiing, China began the cross-country skiing later than other countries, fewer athletes in our country participate in it, and we keep a distance with the world level. All these reasons lead to the fact that the number of the sample skiers chosen in this research is less. However the research results of those sample skiers will provide preliminary reference for the gene selection of cross-country skiing sports, and lays a foundation for future gene selection study in China.4,The test of Chinese date and sealwort potion on mice's anti-anoxia ability should be carried out every 4 weeks with a 1 week interva and exhaustive swimming time of the mice is the longest at the fourth week of test, and all dosages apart from the high medium one can get good results. The Chinese date and sealwort potion has little effect on the mice memory improvement, and no statistic meaning.5,The Chinese date and sealwort potion can not improve the SDH release of the mice, but tests show that they (apart from the low high dosage) can protect the integrality of the cell membrane.
