In the field of nuclear engineering and ship engineering,with the improvement of system automation,the impact of human-caused accidents has become increasingly prominent on the reliability of human-machine system.Human Reliability Analysis?HRA?has also become a key concern in these field.Although HRA has made some progress in nuclear power,ship engineering and other fields,the HRA of floating nuclear power plant that is an organic combination of nuclear engineering and ship engineering is still in the blank stage.Firstly,based on the analysis of human error factors in SMR and ships,this paper summarizes the characteristics of human error in floating nuclear power plants,and comprehensively analyses human error traps in floating nuclear power plants from the perspectives of human factors,environmental factors,human-machine interface and organizational management,and puts forward human error prevention and control measures.Secondly,Taking the break loss of coolant accident for small reactor as an example,the human error rate is calculated by THERP and HCR,which are commonly used in HRA.The result is 1.07×10-3,and the limitation of this method is pointed out.At the same time,the Bayesian network?BN?is introduced to determine the BN human error topology of floating nuclear power plant based on detection,evaluation and operation stages through investigation conclusions and human error accident reports.According to the literature conclusion,based on triangular fuzzy theory and Noisy-OR model,the fuzzy prior probability and conditional probability are determined.Finally,the BN calculation with Netica software shows that the human error rates of floating nuclear power plant based on detection,evaluation and operation stages are 1.2*10-3?2.6*10-3 and 2*10-33 respectively,and the sensitive factors are analyzed to find out the sensitive points of human error of floating nuclear power plant,and put forward their own opinions and suggestions.In the aspect of model validation,through THERP+HCR and investigation results,it is concluded that the human reliability of small reactor break accident calculated by BN is 5.8*10-3.By comparing two kinds of HRA calculation methods,the advantages of BN in floating nuclear power plant HRA are pointed out,and the reliability and practicability of the model are verified.
