In recent decades, researches about global climate change are becoming the hotspot in the field of man-land relationship research, and its height gradually rise to the level of national strategic.Human research on global climate change mainly include the climate trends and its impact as well as the response of human activities. The direction of how to response the climate change was to prevent and block in the1970s, transfer to slow down in the1980s,and now generally turn to the adaptation. To start the research of climate adaptation is propitious to combinebasic research with applied research, is propitious to regulate the industrialstructureinclimate sensitive areas.lt has important theoretical and practical significance to the coordinated developmentof regional industry and climate change. On regional, global climate change focus on brittle eco-areas andclimate transition zone such as coastline, climate transition zone, mountain and so on.Qinling Mountain is theecological environment vulnerable area located in the western China and it is the boundary ofthe warm temperate zone and the subtropical zone. Therefore, this paper take Qinling Mountain as the research object, set out from the height of climate change and sustainable development, analyzethe climate trends in long time seriesof north and south sides of the Qinling Mountainand study itsimpact onthe environmental vulnerability of north and south sides of the Qinling Mountain. And then it analyzes impactfactors of human economic activities on climate change, arrive at a conclusion of contribution degree about human driving forces to climatechange.Fianlly, ittake the wheat yield per unit area of north and south sides of the Qinling Mountain as an example to explore the development of a nature-society coupling system on the degree of adaptation to climate change, and then given the human adaptation countermeasure toresponse to climate change. The results are as follows:1.The climate is significantly different between north and south sides of the Qinling Mountain and the climate presents a warming and drying trend. The heat distribution is uneven in north and south sides of the QinlingMountain. The years of average temperature in the southeast is higher than that in the northwest and it is obvious that the temperature in the south is higher than that in the north. For the temperature trend, the dividing line between the high and low value areas is coincide with the QinlingMountain toward, the warming trend in the north side of the Qinling Mountain ismore obvious than the south side. The annual average precipitationshowing a decreasing trend from the southwest to the northeast and it is obvious that the precipitation in the south is more than that in the north. For the decreasing trend of the precipitation, the south isgreater than the north. The trend of annual average temperature in north and south sides of the Qinling Mountain are both rising, but there are some differences inthe scope ofseasonal temperature rise and the time.Changes in precipitation is showing afluctuant reducing trend, the fluctuation cycle and frequency are synchronous with the temperature change. The climate presents a warming and drying trend.2. The environment of northern Qinling is more vulnerable than that of southern Qinling, which is influenced by the combined effect of natural and social factors, and within the region there are also some differences. The vulnerability of environment between northern and southern Qinling is high and there are some differences in certain regions. The distribution of environment fragility between northern and southern Qinling is complex:The vulnerability of eastern Central Shaanxi is the higher than that of western part of Central Shaanxi, while the central part of Central Shaanxi has the lowest vulnerability. The overall vulnerability of southern Qinling is lower than that of northern Qinling; high-value area is in mountainous area of Qinling Mountains and Hanzhong Basin with a low value of vulnerability. Climatic factors, forest coverage, water resources and other natural factors are token factors of the region fragility in natural environment. The degree of agricultural development, economic and technological level of development and other social factors alleviate the vulnerability of the natural environment in some extent. The vulnerability of northern and southern Qinling is the result of the coupled system of the natural-social superposed effect.3. General score of the human's driving force of climate change shows a trend of fluctuant rise. The general score of human's driving factor between northern and southern Qinling shows a trend of fluctuant rise:which is stronger in the1990s, while a trend of stable increase in the21st century. And the general score of northern Qinling is greater than southern Qinling, indicating human's role of climate change in northern Qinling Mountains is stronger. Studies have shown that the main factors affecting climate change of northern Qinling Mountains are population, rate of urbanization, industrial consumption of electricity, the total industrial output value, gross of arable land and energy consumption, the sorting of which is slightly different. There is a close relevance in Population, urbanization rate and climate change.4. The climate adaptation of northern and southern Qinling Mountains shows a ladder-like increasing trend. The climate adaptation of northern and southern Qinling Mountains on temperature presents the state in convergence, showing a trend of fluctuant rise, the rate of which is greater than the pre-period.The climate adaptation of northern and southern Qinling Mountains on precipitation shows an increase first and then a decrease, indicating the trends of overall fluctuant increase, but the rate of increase is small, and smaller than adaptation on temperature. The climate adaptation of northern and southern Qinling Mountains presents a ladder-like change of consistent trend, while the adaptation of northern Qinling was significantly greater than that in southern Qinling.5. The adaptation mode of typical regions in northern and southern Qinling has been established.Taking Huayin segment of the Sanmenxia (reservoir area) in northern Qinling as the typical region, the dissertation formed the eco-industry-led model under the influence of sudden climate disasters and production time series, in order to adapt to climate change by engineering measures on land control, eco-industry patterns of development and eco-tourism model. In southern Qinling, Shangzhou District, as a typical region with a strong vulnerability, sensitivity of environment and better regional ecological environment, should rely on the resource endowments to establish the tourism-led model, develop leisure and tourism industries, cultural industries and resort living industry. The study can provide a theoretical reference on improving the regional climate change adaptation research; provide the reference basis for sustainable development of the economic zone in Central Shaanxi and Tianshui and the watershed of South-to-North water diversion in practice.
