Research On Sustainable Development And Equal Development Right

After stepping into the 21st century, the sustainable development has become the commonly concerned focus for the humanity. The global warming, sea level rising, climate abnormity disater, dust devil, environmental contamination, land desertification deteriorating and biology species annihilation speed improving etc problems has not only brought the fatal influences, but also increasingly deadly threatening the existence of the human beings. The experts throughout the world carried out the related research discovery respectively from different fields towards the sustainable development and gradually influenced the government, enterprise and the public to evoke the people to think about and retrospect the human beings’ development mode. But during the process of promoting the sustainable development strategy, the differences of the development thought and the conflicts of the practical benefits greatly prevented the deepening of the sustainable development practics activity. This dissertation based on the recollect and retrospect the sustainable development theory research and practice progress, discovered the inherent nature and dynamic mechanism to lay force on the scientific defining of the definition of the sustainable development and researched on the realizing basis of the sustainable development equality principle from the aspect of the equal development right. Then it rudimentarily constructed the sustainable development system frame based on the equal development right to suppose that throught the equal resource distribution and dynamic interest compensation mechanism to support the healthy operation of the sustainable development. The dissertation carried out the research towards the sustainable development in the following six parts:Introduction is the opening paragraph of this dissertation, mainly introducing the topic choosing reason, background and meaning, then referring the re-research towards the sustainable development’s definition and giving the brief introduction about the dissertation’s research way, thought and the points of the innovation. The first chapter is the sustainable development theoretical research literature review. It comrephensively and systematically sorted out the ideological origins of the sustainable development, from three aspects to elaborate human beings’ satisfactions towards themselves and the thinking of them with the nature; according to the argument of the concept, difference of paradigm and diversity of the evaluation index system in the modern sustainable development theory since 1950s, it proposed the confusions and irregularities, especially the limitation of the sustainable development’s basic definition.The second chapter discussed the sustainable practice procedure and evaluation. It respectively analyzed and researched the sustainable development practice and efficiency from broad and home aspects, which adopted the historically segmenting way to elaborate the "enlightening thought-research discovery-ideology spreading-practicing and attempting" evolution process and comparatively analyzed the similarites and differences of the abroad and home sustainable development process and pointed out that the efficency of current China sustianable development strategy execution is higher thatn the international sustainable development strategy execution effiency reality.The third chapter focused on the scientific definition of the sustainable development. It systematically discussed the connotations of the sustainable development’s concept, the basic requirement and the foundmental principle to demonstrate that the equal principle is the core principle of the sustianable development. Then it based on the maxism equity as the guiding thought to extend the sustainable development’s definition proposed by Madam Brundtland from double dimensionality of space equality and chronological equality and analyzed the direct influence of time equality towards chronological sequence equality, the sustainable development enormous influence of the earlier generations towards contemporary genertation and next generation and finally it proposed the scientific sustainable development’s definition.The fourth chapter dealt with the equal development right in the sustainable development system. From the angel of basic right to look and measure the sustainable development equal principle and analyzed the inner relevance of the development right and sustainable development. Through further analyzing the maxism human right and equality ideology to further promote the equality in the development right to propose the concept of the equal development. Then it based on the examples of the global climate changing problem and demolition conflict to analyze the equal development right functions a lot in the sustainable development practice and proposed that the equal development right is the essential elements and the basis for constructing the sustainable development system frame.The fifth chapter proposed the sustainable development’s system frame ideas based on the equal development. It has the comparisons among three ways including technology advancement, culture construction and system innovation, indicating that the system innovation at current is the most pratical, effective and feasible means and also the main impetus of the modern society development. It combines with the China current situation, innovatively constructing an entire new sustainable development system frame, emphasizing that under the control of the environmental resource quantity to equally occupying the public economic resource while through public market transaction to realize the reasonable resource distribution and strengthen the inner impetues of enterprises transforming the development mode and adopt the economic interest strong stimulation to introduce the green environmental protection idea into the national spirit to form the government controlling, market adjusting and social tuning comprehensive sustainable development system platform.
