| As economic integration and globalization quickens,the living of enterprises is getting worse and worse,and it also puts forward more requirements and challenges to the survival and development of enterprises.Thus,an increasing number of scholars and entrepreneurs pay more and more attention to the sustainable development of enterprises.An enterprise’s sustainable development cannot without the good management and continuous innovation,whether the internal governance and the innovation of the enterprise are inseparable from people.Equity incentive,from the perspective of people,is an effective measure to effectively alleviate the problem of principal and agent,and improve human resources.Based on the above background,this paper chooses Hikvision as the case background,introduces the first four equity incentive plans released from 2011-2020,specifically,we analyze the effect of the equity incentive plan on the sustainable development.Firstly,we analyze the mechanism of the equity incentive on enterprise sustainable development,through the introduction of Hikvision stock incentive plan,build an system to evaluate the ability of enterprise sustainable development,then analysis equity incentive on enterprise sustainable development from the enterprise resource acquisition ability,innovation ability,management ability,finally draw the following conclusion:(1)Hikvision equity incentive plan improved the enterprise resource acquisition ability.In terms of capital resources,Hikvision has sold shares to employees through equity incentive plans and obtained a certain amount of equity capital.In addition,Hikvision has implemented uninterrupted incentive plans for ten consecutive years,attracting some external funding for the company.In terms of human resources,Hikvision’s equity incentive program helps companies stabilize their internal talent team and attract a large number of external talents.(2)Hikvision’s equity incentive plan greatly improves the company’s innovation ability.The implementation of the equity incentive plan by Hikvision has overcome the risk avoidance psychology of senior executives and technical research and development personnel,and fully mobilized the creative enthusiasm of the enterprise employees.Make the enterprise in the technology innovation and marketing innovation have been a breakthrough.(3)Hikvision’s equity incentive plans optimize the company’s operating ability.Since 2012,Hikvision implemented the first stock incentive plan,it keeps a leading level in the industry in its profitability,operating capacity,risk resistance and capital expansion speed. |
