Supply chain is a demand supply network,which made up of different types of closely linked node enterprises. In the process of its operation, once a node enterprises encounter emergencies, not only affects the normal operation of its own, also in the whole supply chain network transmission amplifier, even to have serious impact on the supply chain network. How to effectively manage and control of emergencies, to reduce the impact to the enterprise and the whole supply chain become the key to realize the goal of enterprise and the steady operation, therefore, it is necessary to carry out emergency communication laws of dynamic supply chain research, thus effectively control and reduce its impact.In recent years, complex networks has become a focus of academic research, the use of the method of complex network, from the perspective of network structure on emergency propagation law research on supply chain network is a new perspective, the supply chain risk or emergency management provides a theoretical basis.Thesis on the basis of the existing complex supply chain network model, it has complex hierarchical structure of the supply chain network model is established; Reveals the emergency supply chain transmission mechanism; Through dynamic simulation analysis for the small-world networks and scale-free networks of supply chain of supply chain and supply chain three network structure, hierarchical network incident on the supply chain scale-free network spreading fastest, and ultimately the failure of nodes most companies; Through to the node enterprises since the repair factor, the relationship between the node enterprises strength, and disturbance of nodal enterprises of the threshold, the self-healing ability of supply chain node enterprises emergency communication is a critical value, the influence of the self-healing capability when the nodal enterprises of the incident steady accumulation and reaches a certain value(critical state), the nodal enterprises of the emergency management level a mutation will happen. When critical state, the node enterprises to further improve ability to repair itself, since the repair ability to improve contribution to the overall risk of the enterprise management level is relatively slow; Emergency dissemination of the critical moment and all stability critical moment as the correlation between the node enterprises decreases with the increasing of strength value, the greater the correlation between the node enterprises strength value at the same time, the emergencies in the faster speed in a supply chain network, the node enterprises fail faster the less; Through the supply chain network in the importance of different nodes and edges point as the initial accident, simulated emergencies propagation effect on supply chain, the higher the importance of the node or edge node as the initial accident, emergency dissemination size and velocity is, the greater the corresponding to the supply chain network destructive is stronger; Complexity of the complexity of the supply chain network structure can be divided into horizontal, vertical complexity and space complexity of three dimensions, and has carried on the quantitative, finally found by dynamics simulation, found by dynamics simulation, the level of supply chain network complexity, vertical complexity and space complexity is proportional to the failure node companies.Through from the perspective of supply chain network structure to study the effect of the dynamics of emergency communication, to optimize the supply chain network structure provides a powerful support, further improved at the same time it has complex hierarchical structure of the supply chain network model, from the level of complexity, vertical complexity and space complexity of three dimensions to quantify the complexity of the supply chain network structure, and through Matlab simulation method of dynamic model demonstrates the influence of the complexity of supply chain dynamics of emergency communication.
