With the hierarchical and structure of supply chain system more and more complicated, the cross region is becoming wider and wider, then plenty of uncertainties appear. Modern enterprises emphasis on management technology, such as lean manufacturing and zero inventory. It also brings the system great challenge to resist the ability of uncertain events, the system becomes more and more fragile when sudden incident falls. Supply chain business is also affected badly. Therefore, according to the fundamental facts that we can't absolutely eliminate the incident, This article will research the supply chain enterprise under unexpected events of the interference. How to ensure the normal operation of the core enterprise, so as to effectively protect the entire supply chain, accomplish reasonable prevention and effective hedging, undoubtedly has important theoretical value and practical significance.First of all, from the point of view of supply chain, this article will study the supply chain in case of unexpected problems, as well as the existing supply chain management is analyzed and defined. Considering the fact that general supply chain emergency management in the incident emphasizes the real-time change of enterprise operating plan. It often has great unpredictability. Therefore, this article analyzed the stability on the different structure of the complex network and supply chain network model. And the results show that the mesh network model has better ability to deal with the withstand risks. Accordingly, for the complex connection of enterprises in supply chain, we establish a typical supply chain network model, in order to make analysis of supply chain network operation efficiency.Secondly, the applications of complex network theory in supply chain focused on the research of network topology and simulation algorithm, but less of discussion to the actual existence state of supply chain. Therefore, for the reason that the enterprise may bring operation efficiency problem in emergency situations, this article puts forward a new calculation method of network efficiency. This new method can help simulate the influence of the whole network when some individual enterprises have problems. According to the condition that different enterprises have a different influence for the whole network efficiency. The changed value of network efficiency was computed, which can be a measure of the importance of supply chain node. Simulation result shows that this method can be used to measure the network efficiency and identify the most influential node. Thereby, it helps protect the supply chain network. Finally, according to the actual existence of the apparel supply chain in Yangtze River Delta, this article establishes a mathematical model for textile and apparel supply chain based on the limited statistical data. After the network efficiency and node importance result was calculated, some suggestions in the area of supply chain development and risk prevention were put forward for the government. It can help provides certain decision-making support on supply chain management.
