Research On The Competitiveness Evolution Mechanism And Competitiveness Cultivation Of Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Dynamic Synergy

In an era of knowledge-based economy, manufacturing enterprises are under a dynamic, uncertainty and uncontrollability situation caused by the rapid development of technology, continuous innovation of the products and frequently changing of consumer demand. Under this circumstance, the manufacturing enterprises who are simply sticking to their original system of competitiveness would be lost their competitive edge easily. Therefore, in order to cultivate the competitiveness and to obtain the competitive advantage in the dynamic environment, manufacturing enterprises should explore new competitiveness improvement theory and methods.Facing at the dynamic environment, cultivated the competitiveness of enterprises should be understood as a continuous evolution and integration process of enterprise competitiveness system which is based on the action of organization mechanism. Manufacturing enterprises demand to research their competitiveness cultivating progress from synergistic, systematic and adaptive perspective, and give a new meaning of it. Based on the dynamic synergy theory, manufacturing enterprise competitiveness cultivation can be interpreted as the enterprise competitiveness system integration ability which is focused on the enterprise strategic goal, aimed to enhance the synergistic degree of competitiveness system and based on the action of cultivation mechanism. The purpose of this competitiveness cultivation process is to strengthen the manufacturing enterprise competitiveness by the means of improving the environment adaptability and intensifying the synergism among the sub-systems of competitiveness system.The competitiveness cultivation mechanism based on dynamic synergy of manufacturing enterprise is not only the interactive mechanism between enterprise competitiveness system and environment, which is the direct help to guide the synergistic evolution process between them, but also the coordinating mechanism among the sub-systems of the competitiveness system, which is the direct help to guide the synergistic evolution process among them. It is constituted by formation mechanism, realization mechanism and constraint mechanism. The formation mechanism is constituted by sub-mechanisms of synergistic monitoring, synergistic transmission and synergistic gains evaluation. The realization mechanism is constituted by sub-mechanisms of synergistic control and synergistic incentiveness. The main function of this cultivation mechanism is include of perceived the changes both from internal and external of competitiveness system, constructed the network communication channels, transferring the effective information to the competitiveness system, screening the information by its synergistic gains, estimating and optimizing the operation condition of competitiveness system. With the guiding action of the mechanism, manufacturing enterprise can intensify the interactive between enterprise competitiveness system and environment,and dissolve the system rigid structure easily. Thus, the competitiveness cultivation mechanism can provide necessary support and assurance to the orderly operation among sub-systems of competitiveness system and the competitiveness cultivation process of manufacturing enterprises.This paper argues that evaluation of the synergistic evolution order parameter of the manufacturing enterprise competitiveness system is the core process of the effects evaluation of competitiveness cultivation, and the evaluation result guiding the synergistic evolution among the sub-systems of enterprise competitiveness system. This research suggests that system synergistic degree is the synergistic evolution order parameter of the manufacturing enterprise competitiveness system. The correlation between the manufacturing enterprise competitiveness cultivation effects and the system synergistic degree of competitiveness is positive, so the competitiveness cultivation effects of manufacturing enterprise can be analyzed form the evaluation result of the system synergistic degree easily and improved the system synergistic degree of competitiveness is an effective way of cultivated the enterprise competitiveness. In addition, a new competitiveness cultivation effects evaluation method of manufacturing enterprise which is based on system order parameter estimate is designed in this paper.Finally, this paper choose auto industry of F as the pilot enterprise,and evaluated the enterprise competitiveness cultivation effects. On the basis of evaluation result, guidance for future decisions is provided.
