As high-energy production industry, manufacturing enterprises requires higherconsumption of energy. At the same time, the energy production of manufacturing in Chinamain depends on coal and high carbon fossil energy. These aggravates environmental burdensignificantly and makes environmental treatment more difficult. This paper, aiming atmanufacturing enterprise, makes effort to seek for a law which produces and evolves oflow-carbon competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in low-carbon periods. The paperlooking for an effective way of low-carbon develop of manufacturing enterprise in China, thishas an important and practical significance.Firstly, based on research situation home and abroad of low-carbon economy,manufacturing enterprises implement the low-carbon economy and the evolution of theenterprise competitiveness, this paper defines the connotation of enterprise low-carboncompetitiveness, and the contents and elements of evolution in manufacturing enterpriselow-carbon competitiveness, analyzes premise condition of evolution in low-carboncompetitiveness. The thesis also identifies the evolves dynamic elements of manufacturingenterprise low-carbon competitiveness and relationship between elements. Through designedand released a questionnaire, the paper verified evolution dynamic elements in manufactory’slow-carbon competitiveness by using the structural equation and statistical method. At last,this paper analyzes each element function in different stage of the life cycle, and establishingthe evolution dynamic model of manufacturing enterprise low-carbon competitiveness.Secondly, according to Darwinian evolution, Lamarck evolution and Nelson-Winter’sevolutionary economics theory, the paper analyzes the evolution of the three modes oflow-carbon competitiveness in manufacturing enterprise. Furthermore, it also constructsmodified evolution model of manufacturing enterprise low-carbon competitiveness. At meantime, the paper gives an analysis about evolution process, evolution path and evolutioncharacteristics with reference to manufacturing enterprise low carbon competitive life cyclestages. Basically, it constructs a evolution dissipative structure model of manufactory’slow-carbon competitiveness.Thirdly, the paper is based on synergetics, manufacturing management, supply chain management, knowledge management and learning organization, constructs the synergeticand the dynamic evolution realization mechanism in manufacturing enterprise low-carboncompetitiveness. And a deep research which regard to a synergetic realization mechanism anda dynamic evolution realization mechanism gives a illustration on function and role.Fourthly, in this paper the Coca Cola soft drinks manufacturing enterprise is chose as anexample. Through collecting the date of the low carbon development course of Coca-ColaCompany, it analyzes the Coca-Cola company’s low-carbon development from seven aspects:supply chain low carbon development, water production,energy management, packagingproduction process improvement and optimization, raw materials recycling, low-carbonoffice and low-carbon culture. This paper analyzes the theory of research on low carboncompetitiveness evolutionary power, process, realization mechanism and evolution results. Allin all, it summarizes the breeding process enlightenment of the Coca-Cola Company in lowcarbon competitiveness.Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of orldy promoting in manufacturingenterprise low-carbon competitiveness from three aspects of the government, the auxiliaryinstitutions and enterprises. The government optimization countermeasures of ordly evolutionin low carbon competitiveness include three aspects content in constructing juristic guaranteesystem, establishing policy guidance system and creating harmonious low-carbon humanisticenvironment. The auxiliary institutions countermeasures include: giving full play to theintermediary institutions function, strengthing the cooperation between scientific researchinstitutions and enterprise and establishing technical consulting service system. The enterprisecountermeasures have the follow aspects: strengthening science and technology support,making perfect of evolutionary optimization strategy and creating enterprise low carbonculture.
